Wow what a joke.   just a runaround.  Just sent them a cese and desist letter notorized.  Told them to follow tbe rules and all contact in writing from now on. Willing to pay but don't know if they have ownersbip.    So much back and forth they almost had me.  There are legal rules and they need to be advised in writing.  Just do what s right.  Oh yeah then he said that he is trying to help me but he is all but done with me.  Oops gotta go the the phone is ringing again. Very rude.  They also try to scare you with how they do things to ruin your life.  They never let you finish a sentence.  They say why do you have a phone but how are you suppose to find a job if you don't have one?

This place called 4 times today said they were from a law firm n they are threatening lawsuit n wanted m checking account information to set up payment arrangements to settle debt. The guy mr mc Henry said they pulled my credit n when I asked them how they could do that without consent he avoided the question n started telling me stuff on my credit report including where I worked.  Only problem is he called my ex husband who I've been divorce from for 9 years n have since remarried and I had a new last name so I don't know what information they looking at but I've checked my credit report n his name is no where on it.

A Mr. Gheathon called from area code 205 383-3825, the law office of Michael Sikes then flipped me to a Mr. McHenry would get me a hardship agreement due to my age, job status. Will settle for 1/2 of debt and monthly payments. McHenry said he was in California. The # on caller ID was an Alabama. Need more ammo before they call me or he wants me to call him. Says that would look better to client.

Mr. Mc Henryn kept calling saying he's a debt collector. These people called me back in August 2011 with the same mess. I think there're a fraud.

These calls need to stop.  I am already enrolled with a company who is handling my debt pay-off for me.

Calls threatening lawsuits, repos and says if I call right back they can help stop all calls and settle everything for one small sum.yea right. sometimes all you get is a message with nothing but heavy breathing.

I've been getting calls from these people for weeks. I tell them they have the wrong number. They call back the next day. The call me at work, and have been told not to. They called again today. They leave voice mails saying it's important that I call back. I told them I'm on the National Do Not Call List, but that doesn't stop them. I've already filed a complaint against the company, but they still call.

First call from this number today; no message.  Usually don't answer any # don't recognize.

Calls 2-3 times a day saying they are from Michael Sikes Lawfirm. Dirty debt collector is all they are!

Stop calling me at home and work

Didn't answer. Could tell it was a nonsense call by the caller ID. They called my work number.

Oh I've seen superlative bis before, just not on this number.  They are bottom feeders, collections.  Called me left message for someone else on my voicemail, speed talker, about contacting so and so atty office "i need your callback today" she said.  Well what do I care what she needs, if they could care less about my needing them to stop calling me.

So, I recieved this call on 4-28-2011 at 10 'til 9 AM from a woman, sounded caucasian, very clear english speaking until she told me where she was calling from then she spoke very fast and I couldn't understand her and her name was given very fast also so, I couldn't hear her name clearly. She got my name correct and my phone number correct but, that's all that she got correct. She asked me if I still recieve my mail at then she mumbled this address really fast that I couldn't even understand. I  said no anyway. She then proceeded to ask me if the last 4 digits of my social security number is '4868' and wanted me to verify if it was or not. I told her I wasn't verifying anything over the phone. Then she asked me what my birthday was and I also said I wasn't going to tell her. Then she went back to asking me to verify the last 4 digits of my SSN. I told her I'm not gonna say if it is or isn't (Even though it wasn't the last 4 digits of my SSN I wasn't going to tell HER that it was or wasn't). Then she said well, she was calling from a law firm about a debt collection on a Washington Mutual VISA credit card. I then told her "well, I don't have a Washingtion Mutual VISA credit card." She then asked me AGAIN if the last 4 digits of my SSN was '4868' and I said 'No' and she said "No, it isn't the last 4 digits of your SSN or" and I told her "No, I'm not going to say if it is or is not the last 4 digits of my SSN."

She then chuckled and asked me "What am I going to do with the last 4 digits or your SSN?" I told her "I don't care. I'm not stupid." She started to sound kinda ticked off by now and said "This problem could be solved if you just verify whether or not the last 4 digits of your SSN is or is not '4868'." I just told her "I'm not going to say." Then she wished me to have a good day in a haughty, condescending tone as if she didn't care if I was going to get in trouble about my debt collection since I wasn't cooperating and hung up.

What a LOAD OF CRAP! I only have ONE credit card and has NEVER, EVER been associated with Washington Mutual whatsoever. She didn't even have the correct last 4 digits of my SSN or knew my B-Day and I wasn't going to help her on any of that CRAP by saying yes or no or giving her my personal information. Even when my bank calls me that don't ask ME to verify ANY of these information UNLESS I call THEM then they ask me to verify these information.  

I wonder how they got my phone number though? Probably from the phone book because that's the only correct information they got.

Anybody that gets a call from SUPERLATIVE BIS phone number 916-478-6797 be careful and don't GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL information even if they give you a wrong SSN don't say 'Yes' or 'NO' to it.
