These people @ 916-509-3207, call daily. The message left on my answering machine (ROBOTIC), is, "If you are not the (party), disconnect now". I am not the (party they are calling), and disconnect (hang up), however, they continue to call! Regardless, of discontinuing (hanging up), this is a daily and persistent annoying call for the wrong party. I have filed over 1,011 complaints to the "NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY",  not only with this pest, but also 1,010  telemarketers (or other), and "THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY" will 'NOT' stop these calls! If you view your phone bill (whether it be a 'Land-line or cell phone number'), you are charged each and every month for "FEDERAL AND STATE TAXES" which funds the "FEDERAL DO NOT CALL LIST". This is another "FEDERAL AGENCY", that is not only corrupt and does nothing, but also "SELLS" your phone number!

This number calls me almost everyday and never leaves a vm message. When I call them back they don't give me the company name or any info.

They call, hang up, you call back, they hang up, then they call back and ask to verify the last four of your social. Said he was Justin from Regional. Would not give me any mmore information so I hung up. Its a scammer working for a collection company

just got another call from this number, how do I get rid of them calling me? Always the same, saying I have to call Ron Kennedy.

They called a business number asking for George.  No George here.  They hung up.  ????  The caller ID said California.

I received a call from this number. the caller took few seconds to say something and than asked if i was me by name. i said yes and the jerk hung up. i called back and he answered, and i noticed he had some funny accent. i didn't talk to him. he is probably some scammer or collection agent.

I asked who they were and he said "Justin", I said Justin from who? He said "Regianal", I asked whos regional? "I just said Justin from Regional" he said. Got to be a scammer

They call for someone named "Yolanda" obviously bill collectors and there has never been a Yolanda at this number so they are barking up the wrong tree.  They have called before and will probably call again....zzzz.

They called me just 5 minuets ago, no voice, no message. I answered and even called them back; when they picked up there was no voice.  waist of my time.

Called both my home and cell number multiple times with no messages.  I finally answered and took a message from the caller - the number they gave me to call back 866-852-2187 is a Recovery Management firm (Collection Agency). They try to trick you by having a local area code number show up on your caller ID.
