It's a collection agency. They take local numbers now to get you to pick up since most collection calls are 800 or private.

I am getting AT LEAST 5-10 calls from this number daily and they never leave a message. Highly irritating!

Call center noise, lady asked for my partner. I asked who was calling and she said "Client Services." I said we are registered on the Do Not Call list, and she replied "Sir, this is not a solicitation."

this phone # and 916 226 9562 keep calling house and cell leave no message and do not answer. was told they were ghost numbers. Boo!
