This is a collection agency.

I've been getting daily phone calls from this number for about a month or so and they never leave a message. I normally do not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, but I did answer once to find out who it was and they just hung up!

Calls, leaves no message.  I don't answer numbers I don't know because they are usually some charity or some other trickster trying to get money.

No message - just weird call!

Calls start before 7:00a.m. Caller ID:MichiganBar CA 1-916-304-4596. At 6:45 this morning a voicemail was left by male with heavy accent and "beeping" noise (similar to sound when a truck backs up). Could not make out most of message other than words "urgent,"   "time sensitive"  "return call immediately" and the number given in the voicemail was 1-916-304-4576.  Receiving up to six calls a day. Who do I call to report this?

When I answered he asked for me.  I said, "who is calling please?" and  he answered with some smartass reply like, "This is Cheap Trips, your travel agency.  I'll call back."  and hung up.

This is for a debt collection agency - ARS National.  Avoid these calls.

Rang twice, but didn't leave a message at 8:14 this morning.

Yep, damn collection agency.  Lol, I unfortunately do owe.  But I'm paying, by auto debit, so why are you calling me? B*****DS!!!

On 08/19/2010 at 4:35 pm PDST I recieved a phone call from "Malissa" and the 916 areacode phone number originates from Michigan Bar, Ca.  This is a debt collector from ARS AND IS FROM CHASE MORGAN BANK.  Another phone number associated with this same company is, 800-655-3149 and that number is supposidly from the East Coast.  I will add that I have been treated kindly by these people so far. The are only doing their job like you and me.

Asking for someone who did not live in the home and when I asked them nicely not to ever call back, he got belligerent with.  I told him I would report him and he said sarcastically, "Oh you're going to report me for asking for someone!".  I told him F Off!

They are just a stupit collection adjency who thinks that they are above the law. Avoid them at all cost let them call or just chang your phone number. I told them there was no one by this name here but they kept on calling. AVOID THEM..... They will tell you that they are going to sue you and the they are a law office. lol,scums of the earth.

This caller has called once a day for the last few days... never leaves a message and when you call back it's busy or it hangs up on you

"california call" as the id - usually means cell phone.  never leaves a message
