Lady left a voicemail saying they are South Bay Health and Insurance Services. They are calling all Medicare recipients regarding changes for 2014 and gave an address of 2424 Arden Way, Suite 130 in Sacramento where they will have advisors at 9 am and 2 pm every day from Monday through Friday. She called me by my first name but I don't know how she got my name as I never heard of them before.

Caller had fairly heavy Pakistani ( Indian ?) accent offering 'elderly citizens like yourself' aid in 'getting more aid from Social Security and the new 'Obama Care' health packages. Hung up after saw the 999 prefix. Nice that the San Francisco Chronicle had just printed (8/19/13) an article about these type of scams.
