Per the FDCPA, you should not pay any caller who refuses to mail - do not accept email or fax - proof of debt/proof the caller has the legal right to collect said debt. Refusal to mail this documentation within five days of their first call is a violation of federal law. No written, verifiable proof of debt = do not pay them, per the FDCPA!

calling to collect money no information is being provided on what money is for - instructions are to transfer funds to this number. Received 7 calls from this last 4 same digits - all different area codes; all different middle three and the last four are 9064. calling back you get a unidentified phone number and right to an answering machine.

Called about a craigslist post which I do not have. When I asked which one he replied with sexual comments towards me. I hung up.

This number called me at 12:27am and woke me up in the middle of the night! Unacceptable! Tried to call the number back in the morning and got a message stating the call could not be completed as dialed.

This guy claims his frm a collection agency trying to collect on a payday loan. Never got a payday loan. Plus he wont send information regarding this loan.
