This is a scam that claims to be from publishers clearinghouse. The persons name given is Mike Miller. They will tell you that you have won and you have to pay in advance for the delivery of prizes. 1500.00$. Total scam! Do not give info. PCH does not contact by phone ever. Registered mail only.
