Number called, answered phone, got no response, but could hear a clicking in the background. When I research the +372 code, is an ISP number from estonia, but somebody in NY is routing their number through this ISP.

It's a duped number, meaning the true callers ID is being misrepresented. Been getting a bunch of these lately, when I call back I get a message that says "the number or code I've dialed is incorrect, please hang up and try again"

I recently looked up some stuff online and apparently, the 917 area code has its reputation for sending out these messed up calls.
