Different number this time it was 646-657-3214 but he left message and identified himself as "Officer Damon Miller. US Customs & Border Patrol/Narcotics Unit/Division 38/Badge #N33149.  His message kept cutting out and gotten a call similar to this one about a year ago.  I guess I will for them to contact me again -- not worried!!!

Same scam, different number 909-227-1112.  Once I dentified myself as an attorney working for the government, he rang off - but promised to stay in touch.  All in all, it is very disconcerting to ignore this person.  Report it to the real DEA.  Remain calm and carry on . . .

I got almost the exact same call from a Paul Roberts (203-583-4107) and threatening me with the same.He wanted $2,000 within 1 hour and that I could NEVER mention this to anyone or they would be arrested.  He told me that if this wasn't paid, I'd face court charges in the Dominican Republic.  It was fishy and when I asked him if it was a scam, he said that he'd call back and never did.  Obviously, I was a total wreck for awhile.  But haven't heard from him since.  So glad that this hoax was posted!!!!

Just got a call from this number.  Caller said he was with us customs investigating anyone who ever ordered prescription meeds from an online pharmacy...there would be a warrant for my arrest immediately unless I paid 2k

and was so scared I threw up.  He asked me
for $3200 in cash and to go to a western union
and send it to Distric Attorney Luis Jose Rodriguez
Dominican Republic.  He almost convinced
me until I looked him up on Google, thank
you all from saving myself from this monster,
he had me really convinced and even scared

Officer Damon Miller has a new telephone number, it is 209-846-1243.  He's still claiming to be with the US Customs and Border Patrol, division #38, calling about an on-going narcotics investigation.

Just ignore him.  

Better yet, have some fun and try to turn the tables on Officer Damon Miller.  Whisper,  'Start the trace".   Better yet, tell him he will need to speak with your husband, and ask him to call Officer George Gascon, San Francisco Police Department, 415-553-0123

This guy had me shaking and scared me to death!  Did you send him money?

They called me twice!

This guy called me twice yesterday saying he was from the US Custom & Border office...narcotic division. Said I was under arrest and that the Feds were waiting for me in front of my house. That the town police were waiting as well. Said I ordered over the computer some pills. He says he is Officer Damon Miller Division #38 Make him stop please

He has done the same to me.

Everyone, this is a known extortion ring -- the government doesn't call you when they're coming to get you.  This guy's trying to shake you all down and the DEA and FBI are very very interesting in locating him and his ilk.  DO NOT SEND MONEY -- tell him you have reported him to the DEA.  There is a warning about this scam on the DEA website!  If he calls you back, tell him the call is being recorded and representing himself as a fed or officer is a felony under the law.

Officer Damon Miller Badge ### Div 38 US Customs Border Parole is now using phone #  415-251-1320 wanting me to pay 1k to 10k to be taken off list for buying med online 6 years ago.  or...Gonna arrest me - fly me to California then extradite me to Dominican Republic for trial.  or...have the federal narcotic cops arrest me at my home then I can call my attorney. Uses lots of pressure and shake down fear factor....too many report of Off Damon Miller using other numbers to pressure people...

I just got a similar call from Officer Christopher Martinez, with a very stong accent.  Badge N2229, and a case number.  Same stories as above, except, he didn't ask for money - but talked for 25 minutes.  I didn't give him any info, but then he didn't ask for any.  Didn't ask for info or for money.  But, he did know my name.  Number was from 818-666-9286

I received a call myself with everything the same expect for the officers name. Today the name was Ronald Smith.  I found this very upsetting. The guy didn't want me talking to anyone and I couldn't meet him or go to a police station.  I was told that I was being followed and my phone calls are being recorded. Oh the number was 209-846-1243 also. I am thankful that people take the time to post these scams to help others from being a victim.

The caller states he is Damon Miller and is an officer with U.S. Customs and Border Protection.  Caller ID indicates he is calling from number 209-846-1243 (Modesto, CA).  Claims to know about previous pharmaceutical purchases.  Threatens arrest and other actions.  This is a SCAM!!!!  DO NOT SPEAK TO HIM OR CALL HIM BACK.

December 20102 - I also just got such a call from a Damon Miller, US Customs Department and Border Protection, unit #38.  Phone number is 209 846-1243.  Actually, his 'call' call sounded like a recorded message.  He stated it is an ongoing narcotics investigation.  I ordered muscle relaxants on-line, about 5 years ago, when I did not have medical insurance.

From reading these other posts, I am guessing this Officer Damon Miller is attempting to extort money from the on-line pharmacy client list, for their once having used an on-line pharmacy.

I am not returning his call.   I might suggest that you don't, either.

Last time I heard from this guy was in August. The number that time was from NYC & I didnt get all the info. Today got call from Damon Miller w/Div 38,Narcotic Division of US Customs about an ongoing criminal investigation. The number was 209-846-1243. Watch out for this guy...its a scam.

I just got the same exact phone call, he said if I talked to any one about it they too would be in trouble. That seemed fishy, I told him I would need to talk to my husband atleast and he said I would go straight to jail for interfering with a federal case. "Officer Damon Miller" is operating with a NEW phone number...(209)846-1243...it is a hoax! I've been researching these "official" calls because I haven't done anything illegal! That's how I know it's a hoax. I've gotten a lot of calls over the last year and I never call them back. And, guess what? It takes a couple of MONTHS until I get another call...which is never the same person...I'm pretty sure if I was REALLY in trouble with the law they'd be slightly more efficient :) Just watch out for their new 209 number!

Got a call from 415- 251-3120 -"Officer Damon Miller" of the US Customs & Border Patrol/Narcotics Unit/Division 38/Badge #N33149. He gave me THIS number when i asked for the main number of the border control. riiiight. Scary though and obviously illegal.

My mother recieved a call from this number 415-251-3120 yesterday, the man "officer Damen Miller" said he was with the US Department of Customs and that by ordering medicine online 5 years ago there was a warrent out for her arrest because the medicine she ordered was cut with cocaine. After scaring the you know what out of her she asked to speak with a supervisor to verify this was legit. He then told her that he had local cops in our area that could be to her home in 10 minutes and would handcuff her and search her home for cocaine and take her in, and that she would have a $50,000 bond. She then became suspicious and told the man to go ahead and send them, and she would talk to them about it. It's been a half hour and nothing

called #415-251-3120 again and msg box says full. The call kept cutting out, i think this is to get your home # . this all happened on Nov. 9, 2010.

just got the same calls from # 415-251-3120 .when you call back the message says officer Damon Miller. I gave hime my home # as i thought it was official business. Thank god i researched this and found others he's doing this to. Do i report it to the police?
