I got a call from them, no answer

calls repeatedly, lets it ring a couple of times then hangs up. very annoying!!

called my phone but didnt say anything. Then called again afew mins later. And again didnt say anything. But when i tried calling it back it said the number wasnt vaild.

Telemarketer who won't take me off the list even though I've asked several times. Offering an online college degree.

this number has called me every half hr for the last 2hrs, no messege left. after the last call I got interested thinking it was someone I knew, so I googled the number and found this site. thank you guys for posting and giving me a heads up.

This number calls-no message and no return.  Waste my time?   I'll report you; just did.  Public nuisances and slam phone calls are: illegal.

For several months, I receive several calls per week, sometimes as many as 2 or 3 per day, showing the above caller ID.  When answered, there is only silence.  Attempts to call back yield the message that I need to dial 1 before the area code, not true.  The Caller name shown is IP Communications.  

I don't know if this represents some sort of attempt to establish an IP conection or not.  I do use Skype.

I got a call from this number, sounded like a robo-switching device when I picked up but it never got to a person.  Tried calling back, said the number was not in service.

Just received my fourth call.  I'm from the "If you don't leave a message you never called" school of thought, but after the 4th call and no message I began to wonder.  From the looks of these posts, I can expect a few more.

Keep getting calls from this number.  I dont answer most the time but other times they ask for Billy, Hith... something or other.

This person is calling me at 1:30 in the morning.  I get a call at least 3 to 4 times a day from this purv.

They just called me, and when I answered nothing was said by them. However, they left a voicemail of just static...which was creepy. I live by chicago and have no idea how they got my number. I think the next time they call, I'm just gonna mess with them.

Asks for some person then asks if you are the owner of the phone. Is that do bypass the so called Do Not Call List? Told them to remove me from their call list, they pretended to not know what that means.

Got a call from this number at least a half a dozen times now. I've only picked up twice. the first time it was a guy asking if I wanted to go back to school and get a degree. I said I already have one from a 4 year college, thanked him and hung up. called again three days later and not realizing it was the same number I picked up but no one said anything on the other line. Creepy!

Got this number calling for the 2nd time (didn't answer first time), heard ringing, some accent picked up asking for Billy (or something close to that), I said no one lives here by this name (went to this site before I got this call for the 2nd time), then asked if this was the right number? (which I don't even know if he said my number right) and I said yes, and he asked me about getting a degree online (or that he wants one) and then I said NO i don't want a degree online! and hung up. Crazy, and I just got this number for my cell two weeks ago, blah so annoying

Got a call from this number, did not answer, but called back.  The operator came on and said it was a non-working number

Got a call from this number. Didnt recognize the number so I didnt answer. No voicemail was left, and whoever it is just keeps calling back.

got a call from them and asked for Kevin in an indian accent. I told him wrong number and hang up.

Caller said that he was looking for "Hither" in a weird accent. I told him there was no one there by that name and hung up.
