I just wanted to letyou know that the guy that called your daughter is a scammer she will be fine this man is a scam artist he wants peoples money by threats that are false. You can turn him in to your local police department or to the better bussiness. There are already multiple cases against this man the only thing i cant urge enough do not give him anything do not give him money or any more information. This man has several names he uses and has got your daughters information off the internet. Any one who sends out information over the internet for small loans is who he is going after he will have all her information that she put on the internet

Minor daughter received upsetting phone call from a Mrs. Paul Smith threatening to proceed with serving her with papers due to non-payment on an attempted loan for $350.00.  Once her father and I spoke to him we were told that if the debt was not settled immediately he would take the next steps and the attorney would have papers served.  Refused to send us confirmation either via e-mail or regular mail because my daughter had been contacted by e-mail multiple time.  Unable to locate any mail.  Very concerned because he had her personal informaiton as well as friends names.
