I do not answer unknown calls.

Thank-you for the info! I answered once-mistake!-& they keep calling. I know now that they are not attorneys at all. They were rather evasive to the reason of the call. They also leave long winded messages on our answering machine. Thanks again!!

Was called for two days on my cell.  I told him for two days that I did not know Steven who is not payng his debts. Scott Lowery"s comment was "You hung up on me which I think is suspicious" This idot Scott Lowery really needs to quit bothering people. What a nut. What a rude person

I keep getting calls and when I ask whose calling, they get vague and then when I ask what it's in reference to, they won't say. So now when they call, I answer: Part Dept  Screws 'em up when I just keep repeating that.

Receive a call from this number. They asked for the man I divorced years ago (before I had this number). I said you have the wrong number and hung up. He called back and left a message that he was with a law office investigating fraud involving my ex and that he would charge me as an accomplice if i didn't tell him where my ex was. He calls every single day. If I accidently answer I repeat that he has the wrong number, yet they still call. I thought the whole point of divorce was so you didn't have to deal with the ex or their new messes.

As always, thanks to all for posting.  I now have 3 different numbers used by this scavenger attorney, Scott Lowery.  No skeletons in my closet, maybe a former owner of my cell number has a history.  I don't know and don't care to find out.

Call from a different number multiple times a day asking for a person I have never heard of. They are pushy, rude and offensive despite being told multiple times they have the wrong number and not to call back.

This has been going on for more than a year and gets worse instead of better. How do these people continue to get away with harassing communications despite complaints to the OK AG, FTC, FCC and others by numerous people they continue to harass?

Our government is obviously not here to protect people from slime like this and our legal system is broken.

Received several voice mail messages from them. Today I answered and told them I pressed #2 previously to say I am NOT the person they are looking for. I have had this number for 20 years. They said my cell number was associated with the person's SS# of who they were looking for. I said, sorry, take my name off. They said it would take 24 hours for the removal to take place. I said fine, however, if it is not taken off by then I will call the attorney general's office, who is a friend of mine. We will see.

This man called saying " yes is this ****** ? I said why ? they said I have some important docs from your father that i need to get to your mother. The guy kept bugging the crap out of me. I finally just hang up every time they try to call. the guy was a real pain in the A**!!

Law Office of Scott Lowery...........calling & asking for me by my maiden name. I have been married over 14 years-this is crazy. If there was something from over 14 years ago it is past the California SOL-wouldn't a REAL attorney know that!?

Lowery's office has just this week began calling me about an old credit card that I gave up years ago. Very strange. They must be scraping the splinters out of the bottom of the old debt barrel. I am retired and they are totally wasting their time if they think I can send them anything.

I just got a voice mail message from P. Scott Lowery 918-493-2200 wanting to talk with Cheryl Thomas and she needs to return call to ext.# 2974. If they would have left an 800# I would have called back send they did not I just blocked the #.... Maybe they need to hire someone that can skip trace better, or run a credit report on all of these people they keep calling for ..........Collection Agency

Received a call from 918-493-2200, all of my phone numbers are on the DO NOT CALL list.  I rejected it but I would like to not recceive these calls

I've received as many as 30 calls in past year for someone never heard of. They say they'll delete my number but haven't.
I got their address in Oklahoma and will write with copy to state Attorney General's office.
(not that it's likely to stop them)

They called asking for someone who was not at the number and claimed that I was an associate of this unknown person...weird.

They called my office and asked for our personnel dept. Said they were calling about (employee's name). They were placed on hold for a moment while the call was transferred but they hung up instead.

Rude call from this guy, Scott.  Said he was from some law office.  Asked for several names.  Ended hanging up on him.

they say they are a law office, scott lowery, and consistently call, 5-6 times a day, and it isn't for us, just someone with the same last name. have told them not ot call and they still call and leave messages to call them back, saying it is a law office. filed with FTC as harassing and calling for someone who does not own this phone number, just the same last name. we will see if it stops, will let u know

They are just bill collectors.
