I received 5 calls from this woman claiming to be Brenda Harris, she also called my father's cell phone to reach me.  Which is odd, since i never give his phone # to anyone.  I answered her call yesterday after noon and she wanted my home address & work address so they can send me a "claim" information.  I told her that i had no claims with anyone, when i asked her who it was from, she told me i had to call them.  I told her i was not calling anyone until i knew who i was calling, she then got real sharky with me so i told her that i wasn't calling anyone and hung up on her, she then proceeded to call me back 4 times w/in 30 seconds, finally i said that she will stop calling me, she then said that she had an address and would just send it to that and hu.

I got 5 calls from this number today. The guy never said where he was calling from or what his name was. I got in an argument with the guy because he was calling for a lady who hasn't had this number in over a year. He then accused me of lying to him and that he listened to my voicemail and knew I was really her and to stop playing games. I finally hung up on him and once he actually did listen to my voicemail he stopped calling. Rude a** scam artisits from what I'm reading!

Received a string of calls from this number (listed as coming from Miami, OK). The woman identified herself as Jennifer Hall and she HAD to get ahold of my husband regarding claims against him (which there are NONE). She maintained a threatening tone and called 2 more times (5 in total) to leave him a vm on my phone. Her voice message was threatening as well. Such a scam.

I noticed I had severla missed calls in a row from this phone number within a 2-minute timespan so I decided to answer when they called again. The woman identified herself as Brenda Daniels who claimed she had papers to serve me. She provided the company filing suit as Global Loan and said she would give me 45 minutes to call them and check it out before she called back to setup time to deliver my papers to me. I called Global Loan, and the case manager said this was regarding a debt with Cutter Group, which I paid off about 2 years ago. The case worker said in order to issue a release to stop the paperwork I would need to give them a debit/credit card number. When I refused, I was told that I "may have to go to court once the paperwork gets to me." My reply was, "so it's a subpoena?" to which the response to me was "like a subpoena." Like a subpoena? What does that mean? The case worker quickly ended the call when she saw she wasn't going to get anywhere with me. Then 2 hours later Brenda called me back and said she had no choice but to serve me but she was willing to give me one more chance. The call ended with me continuing to demand she bring me the papers........never going to happen......all a ruse.
