Your legitimate Allstate rep most likely did not give out your number, you may have entered it someplace on a spammy website. Call your agent and ask them.

I had a major brain fart yesterday and entered my phone number in some kind of website that was supposedly going to compare insurance rates for me... well it was obv. not legit because I have gotten 11 phone calls from 4 different unknown phone numbers in the past 4 hours. 3 of the calls went to voicemail but hung up without leaving messages. I never even get phone calls on my phone so this is driving me crazy. I'm blocking them all. Also, be careful about clicking on anything about criminal records from Instant Checkmate. I expect a ton of spam from them now, as well.

This number will not stop calling me.  I've called Allstate and have asked to be put on the do not call list, but it isn't working.  How can I file a complaint?

These jokers also call every so often from the 615 area code. So annoying.

This is Allstate's "Roadside Services" department trying to get you to sign up for them to tack an extra monthly service onto your insurance bill.

GRRR, so tired of this number calling my house.  PISSED that Allstate would give my number out for solicitaions! Time to find a new insurance!

Repeated calls with no message left over the last three weeks.

It's Allstate Roadside Assistance, an affiliate not actually connected to your insurance agent. I used it briefly for a summer when I had an unreliable car.

When I called to cancel they offered to continue service at 1/3 the price they had been charging me. I declined, but at that price its a much betterdeal.

Hadn't bothered me for 2 years, but this number calls 3 times a week now, and never leaves a message. I wanted to share insight on anyone considering the coverage. It's a good plan (if you feel you need it) as long as you talk them down to less than half their asking price before you sign up, because they can and will gouge you if you don't demand a better deal.

Allstate Insurance Roadside Assistance (their version of AAA). For $1/week they cover you for tow coverage for one year. Does not seem like a very good plan though not as good as most others out there.

I get a so many phone calls from all state myself.They even try different numbers.But I just ignore it.Its annoying. These people (telemarketers) must be un-employed so they work at home and don't have to get up everyday and go to work like I do.In fact I have all state ins. myself but they called me anyway for more offers.(no way)..in fact I will report this to the CEO and I will  tell them that if they continue calling, I will consider finding another ins.

I answered and talked to a girl.  She asked for my husband and I thought it might be in regards to his accident.  I told her to try him on his cell phone.  I couldn't understand what she said but she didn't take the phone number.  We already have Allstate Auto Insurance.  She wouldn't tell me what the call was about.

Same here with the repeated calls and no message. I do have Allstate Insurance...and this isn't the first number that's done that. I had one a few months back that did the same thing and when I looked it up online there were a number of posts about it being from Allstate. They should really look into this problem if it's not a legitimate agent calling...which I'm assuming its not from lack of voice mail.

The search reveals that it is in Apex, NC , and a landline.

I am also getting repeated calls, no message. I have allstate already, and they always leave messages with information when it's legit. Also, these calls are from another state I don't live in-unlikely it's real. Trying to figure out how to block the number.

1-27-11  -  This number called my home today and left no message - when I went to retireve the informatio my Vonage plan showed it originated from "Allstate". I called my Allstate agent and he said he has been getting calls from his customers about this. He also confirmed my number is listed on their "do not call' list, so there is NO WAY a legitimate Allstate rep would call me, and at 3000 miles away from my location! It must certainly be a scam, and quite possibly one where someone got hold of a client listing. Former disgruntled Allstate employee???

I just got a call from "Joe" with Allstate Silver offering me the roadside service deal. I kept asking him for a number to call him back about the plan and he would dance around the question. I DID get a website address from him and an offer for HIM to call ME back at a later time. I'm going to see if this even has any affiliation with Allstate.

Got a call from a rep from Allstate Insurance.  Asked for my credit card number to renew a subscription. Really???  hahahahaha. what a scam.

Calls from Allstate Insurance trying to sell an emergency road service plan.  If you call back the recording actually asks you to leave a message??  Really??
