Automated message left on my google voice voicemail - Here's the transcription:

There's a home break in every 15 seconds your local police recommend you protect your home if you will allow us to place a small sign in your yard. We will install a new security system at absolutely no cost to you whatsoever. There is no cost for the system or the installation whatsoever to hear more press one now to be placed on our do not call list, press 9.

This number called my cell phone, too.  I pay by the minute and have to pay for these unsolicited calls.We did not apply online to healthcare.gov either.  The only place I have entered my cell phone number is on Google+.  Your local voter registration office sells personal information, I know this because they only use my maiden middle initial and that is the only place it is listed as such and we receive all kinds of junk mail with my name listed like it is on my voter registration.  Maybe the phone companies sell it.  I hope Google doesn't sell or give out personal info.  My phone number is private.

This number calls our company multiple times a day. Can someone stop them?

I just received a phone call from this number at my office. Nobody has that number. I don't use it, since I am teleworking 4 out of 5 times a week. I have never put it in any website or given it to anyone because I simply do not use it. And yet, they somehow found it and called.

I have also never visited healthcare.gov

Given these two pieces of information, I find it hard to believe that the government has sold our information.

This number calls me atleast once a week telling me about some home break in product. It's automated.

I'm in South Carolina, but have a Text Free number from NC. I cannot receive phone calls at that number, but was just notified that this number tried to call me. Clearly I didn't answer it.

Called one of my friends a few months ago. Said something about a Home Security sign they'd put in her lawn. They called then the next day and we googled it and found out it was scam. They called my cell phone about 5 minuets ago and I didn't answer. Weird how they call once every few months. BTW I live in NC and they called around 8:12pm.

I just received a call from 919-249-0360 on my cell phone. This uses up my minutes and I do not recognize the number. Apparently after some searching on the Internet it turns out that this number is a pre-recorded message selling alarm systems. It is a computerized call with a voice saying the FBI reports several break-ins etc. I do not deal with this company and did not give my cellphone number to anyone to call.

Called my cell phone: no "Caller ID," just this number displayed.  Left no message, but I did block this number from calling in the future.

I have skype to where I bought an online number so if i am ever out of town my family can call me via skype over their phone and it will still be like a local call for them rather then long distance. I received a phone call from this number thinking it was a member of the family since they are from the 919 area code area but ended out being this stupid scammer. how the hell did they get my private skype phone number that only my family knows?

Got a call about FBI and security sign. Problem this is a trak phone. Only in use for my family member incar. So how could they call as a telemarketer. Uhm!

please complain to VOIP provider to escalate(mostly they are not care, unless many people already complaint) the issue

received call from this #--wanted to install a sign and something about a security system--definitely sounds like a fishing operation to gain valuable personal info--report this # and call to proper authorities!!

Called me on cell phone using my minutes.  I don't know these people, and don't want to receive calls from them.

I have received a call from this number several times over the last month, my phone number is extremely guarded, which leaves me to believe that either a company sold our information, or this is just a company trying random phone numbers. I recommend blocking the number through whoever your phone provider is, FYI I get the FBI rant on my line. Could be sinister, I wouldn't try "unsubscribing" from their call list, who knows what that will actually do.

i just got a robo call i hung up on them  it's a about an offer trying to sell you something a free security system yeah right how did you get my number? govenor mccrory needs to do something about robo calls in north carolina and other states

I am getting spam calls ever since enrolling in healthcare.gov   before that I never had any of these calls.  The very next day I have had several.  

I have never received spam telemarketing calls until enrolling in healthcare.gov, now they are constantly calling.
they sold our information.

I do not know this number. I continue to receive calls but no message is ever left. Please investigate this as it is disconcerting. Especially with the amount of information that can be found on the internet.

Got a call from this number. Message said that they would put a sign in my yard, then install a free security system. I don't think so. Glad I checked this website and saw these comments.
