I called them back and spoke to them in Spanish. They are a center that helps students who have English as their secondary language. At least that is whay they said.

When I answered the phone they asked in English if I speak Spanish and when I said yes they hung up. So I called them back and that is when I found out about them.

I told them to take my number off their marketing list and not to call again.

This may have been a wrong number call, as they hung up when I answered. Just kinda weird.  Usually you would apologize.
