Again, received a call from this number on 3/19/13 at 12:46 pm. No message left

I received a call from this number; no message was left. I see that others have identified this number as being from ARS. We had them do some work in January. I agree with others, it is bad business to annoy customers with telemarketing especially when it involves people's cell phones.

I just blocked this number on my phone. Now I am happy :) I block all callers who do not leave any message and still keep on calling, calling and calling. It is nice that all new phone systems have call blocking features.

They keep calling, they never leave a message, please stop calling

I used ARS before. They did work. But their charges was too high. I paid them and everything went well . But now I am getting daily calls from this number asking for service contracts. I swear I will never ever give any contract to anyone of this sort of crooks.

Beware of this telemarketing crook & watch on their trucks before they mess up your airconditionig system.Very fraudlent company.

If you've received a call from this number, call it back and you should reach an ARS representative. Simply ask them to remove your number from the telemarketing list.

I have also received calls from this number for several days and they hang up when I answer.  I waited 10 minutes today before calling back and did get ARS to answer.  I asked them to remove me from this phone list and they said it would take 30 days to take affect.  At least I know it is not a stalker!

this is amazing.  I am satisfied with the service I received from ARS.  I bought two systems from them about 9 years ago and they have honored the 10 year warranty.  It is kind of stupid of them to align themselves with a telemarketing campaign that is obnoxious.  I will make a point of using a different company when my warranty expires.  Vote with your feet.

called every day for the past three days and hangs up/leaves no message

ARS is calling. I used them a year ago for plumbing. Now they call my cell phone for the past 8 months at least 2 or 3 times a month sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. I tell them to lose my number and they keep calling. They leave no message when I do not answer. It is annoying.

It's ARS calling to sell you a service contract on your HVAC or Plumbing lines.....I have them for my service on HVAC units and they have started telemarketing people.

Continually calls and hangs up as soon as they hear a voice

I received a call on Thu, Sep 30, 2010 at 5:15pm EST from 919-573-8158 and it rang about 3 or 4 times in my pocket.  When I answered, I said the usual, "Hello", but received no answer back.  I believe my phone showed that I was on the call for 4 seconds before they hung up.

have been called by this number several times.  I answered once and noone was there. Whoever is calling has never left a message.

I didn't pick though it showed a local number- tried calling back after giving it an opportunity to leave a VM.
This is apparently a spoofed caller id since calling back under a *67 anonimizer code gets a message that rings then answers with a message about ..."reached a number that is no longer in service... Error twt5", repeating for at least five times. By leaving it on the hook, the message then changed after ringing aggain, to "lines are temporarily busy..code, Oh 1 zero 6" repeating until it made a sound (four note repeat) that most people would recognize as the sound when reaching a number no longer in service. however it loses the rythme and changes to a five note sound, goes back and then repeats the off beat until finally hanging up. I may have tied up their robo-caller about 8 minutes.
A check on my caller ID showed that they had called on July 16th as well without leaving a VM. Since I didn't recognize the number, and didn't find it in a Ph Book reverse search to have any identifying info, I left it alone. Since they may call again, I'll post here so it can be searched and immediately ID'd to a spoof by most likely a telemarketer.
