I have now received 2 phones calls within 5 minutes of each other.  Neither call says anything.  All I hear is a loud buzy signal followed by silence and then another busy signal... this repeats for about 30 seconds before the call is disconnected by someone other than me.  I was napping the first time and tried to go back to sleep and then they called again.

Call comes into my 864 area code home phone but caller ID says "local office".
Never leaves a message and when I answer either hangs up or I hear a loud scratchy recording sound.
We Didn't Retire down here a year ago just to be constantly harassed by this anonymous caller who won't pick up when I answer so they know whoever they r looking for no longer has MY fully paid for On Time phone number.

Collection agents are supposed to identify themselves

Always call & always at the worst times. I think these companies do it on purpose! Will call you from 5am till 2am EST!! Pure Harasment!

First National Collection Agency called looking for someone who doesn't live here. They got rude when I told them that person didn't live here.

This number is a collection agency

Called and left no message. Not sure if it's a telemarketer or bill collector. I have had a medical collection agency from NC call me b4, but they left a message and we paid it off.
