THEY ASK YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR NUMBER, THEN HIT YOU WITH MANY MORE CALLS TO SELL YOU GOOGLE LISTINGS AT THE TOP... THE NUMBER ABOVE IS A BIG FRONT FOR INTERNET PHONE CALL FRAUD ON BEHALF OF GOOGLE, BUT THEY ARE NOT THE GOOGLE PEOPLE... THEY ARE OVERSEAS SCAMMERS FROM CHINA OKAY !!!

Is this company legit? I am getting extremely nervous. They were calling about a job in NH and they were calling from N. Carolina.... did someone get scammed by them?

Got a call from them but have never heard of them.

The lady who called me left a message.
She sounded very young.

I am in support of legitimate staffing firms....Please be aware that working for someone who is not in your State could present other problems. You cant see they have filed Taxes or bought cars or houses under your name until its TO LATE FOR YOU. Everything becomes Hard for you and they do not want to give you any information in case you scammed yourself. IDK? I asked the government: "Why weren't more precautions taken before my identity was stolen." there was NO Answer. Please be Careful, Stay Positive and Good Luck with your Search.

just spoke with Volt.  They're national recruitment center is in North Carolina.

This is Volt Technical Services. They are nationwide and I've used them to help hire staff for Microsoft in the past. They are a preferred vendor and have an excellent track record. I'm relying on them to help me find a position currently, but do agree that getting a call from outside my own 425 area code made me suspect the call at first.

Your name and number will be in their jobs database if you have ever submitted your resume to them in the past.  If you no longer wish to receive calls from them, simply ask that they do so. If you can't understand the recruiter, kindly ask for someone that you can or ask them to email you the information. They will accommodate you.

I got a call from this number on my cell phone while I was at work. I didn't answer it because I don't know where the area code is and I get charged for incoming long distance. They left a message. He had a thick accent and I couldn't understand his name or the company (something Solutions). He said he came across my name on Workopolis but I have no idea how he got my number because my info wasn't set to public, and my address and stuff was all wrong anyway (I hadn't updated my account in a long time). Then the number he told me to call was an 800 number.

This is a legitimate staffing company. Volt Technical Services. While they have offices all over the US, their "jobs available" line is in South Carolina, so this is the number they call you from if they're looking to fill a position. I've done work for them before.

I recently got a call from 514-465-8561 that I reported now I got one from 1-919-782-7440 I wonder if it's related?

This is a legitimate company. They are a staffing firm based out of North Carolina. I worked for them for a while and was pretty much a positive experience. Paid on time etc. Seems to be more technical work since they had me working in an IT call center.

Got a called from 919-782-7440. He left a message from Volt Technical Services about a resume for a job that I did apply for. Legit call.

I got a call on my cellphone from 919-782-7440. The man prentend it was a guy from Hydro-Québec...  I asked if someone can talk to me in French. Hydro-Québec is a French compagny . The man said you don't speak french. He was speaking too fast I cannot understand what he wants !! I think he is not a clean man !

Message from 919-782-7440, Volt Technical Services, said he was calling in reference to a resume in their database, left a callback number but the guy had a thick accent, talked fast, and I was not able to get the number.

- this is not true because i am on a cell phone so i have incoming ld charges
