unwanted call

Got the call just now at 5:03pm from this number (925-201-6311).  I don't pick up any calls and they didn't leave a message.  Someone called at 5:00pm just before...  same thing, didn't leave a message.  I just posted on that number here:  http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-925-439-8729

Okay, thanks for the detailed information.  Like others, same thing -- at least four calls a day and no message ever left.  I think I did answer without screening one time, and it was indeed someone not only trying to sell me solar, but trying to convince me that it was going to become law that I *had* to have it, and that of course they could get me the best deal.

A pox on the lot of 'em.

925-201-6311 called on 6/19 again on 6/21 and twice today 6/24.

I was called by 925-201-6311 just a few minutes ago.  If you call back it is a bogus number.

I have created a contact card in my phone for CA Energy Creeps who keep calling me.  Here are the other numbers that keep calling me.  I've told them a million times to not call back, so I just don't answer these, but the 925-201-6311 was a new one today.

Call received 6/4/14 at 12:49pm my house phone, nobody answer when I picked up. They hung up after 25seconds. I called back I got a message that says this number is no longer in service. My phone display shows  Pleasanton, CA 925-201-6311

Just get a call blocker. It may ring a half of a ring but they don't get thru most of the time...

This is green energy company calling.  They asked the lady to take me off the list and she replied "we are going to call you every hour"!  I totally lost it on her!

Received 4 calls and I placed this number in my reject list.  The phone will not ring on any calls in the reject list.

Same here. No message left.  It has gotten so bad, and the do not call list seems ineffective, that I recently turned our home phone into a VOIP service only and never answer it unless we recognize caller ID.  We are tired of paying the phone company for a land line we can't effectively use for incoming.

I re-registered on the ?National Do Not Call Registry? on May 1st 2014 but am still getting these annoying phone calls. I have since used my Caller ID, when I see who it is from I don?t pick up. It seems like I am getting more calls now than I did before. This is just one of many, I am going to start sending this message every time I get one of these calls. Thank you

Well ... we can't do much with that list, but YOU certainly can!

Want to stop repeated telescam phone calls from those numbers?
Try these alternatives:

1.  Do not answer the phone if you see an unknown number on your Caller ID ... let it go to answering machine or voicemail.  Many telescammers hang up after 3 rings.

2.  If you have a smartphone, get one of the inexpensive or free phone blocker apps at your online app store, and learn how to use it.

3.  If your cel is not "smart", read the manual to learn how to set up a "group".  Assign the scammer's phone number to that group.  Also assign a "silent ring" to that group.  You will not hear future calls from that number.

4.  Google NoMoRobo, and visit their site, to see if your phone system is compatible with that system.  (It may or may not be compatible).

5.  Contact your phone service provider.  They may have a facility or method to allow you to block numbers.

6.  If you buy things online, you might want to google "Amazon phone blocker" to see what devices or apps Amazon has to offer for landlines or smartphones. Similar devices are for sale on eBay and other online stores.

These numbers disrupted my normal daily routine to the point that the phone is useless for communication.

Received calls from this number left no messages and then hang up. Last call May 13 at 4:14PM

Calls me 4 or more times everyday.  When the machine picks up they hang up.  Don't know if it is robo-call or a live person.

WTF? Don't EVER call back an unknown number that calls you and doesn't leave a message! Why would you? If they didn't leave a message it's because they didn't want you to know who they are. Could be a lot of reasons for that... but none of them are good!

I keep getting calls from this number but no message is ever left.  I call this number back and all is states  this number is no longer in service or is disconnected.  FYI be aware of this number may be a scam.
