quit calling my phone everyday

Calls generted from a span site disguised as a job board, which then calls you pretending to be an "education" provider. They are seeking to steal your ID, money and FAFSA funding!! BEWARE!!!

These guys called me from 213-233-3552 at 7:55am this morning. I answered the phone. I got a recording saying, "Thank you." and it hangs up on me. I call back and get piano music with a recording that says, " you are third in line to have your call answered. Your waiting time is 10 seconds." Three minutes later I hang up. They then called me at 8:18, 8:48,9:23, 9:51, 9:59, 10:32, 12:18, 12:36, 12:53, 1:14, 1:34, 1:51

Intermingled were repeated calls from: SILVER STRAND ENTERPRISES, LLC. (925-221-2495), which is  the same behavior pattern and hang up style. Seem to be linked.. This harassment stems from website: http://www.itsmycareer.com/

I need to get them to stop calling!  Help!!

800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Have received a call from this number twice per day since last Monday the 9th of June. Will not answer since there is no caller id tag on them. Always displays, "Unavailable".

Constantly calls, but never leaves a message. Extremely irritating. I have added them to my block list.

Said they're Degree First, and yet 4 other numbers are also saying they're Degree First.

This is from "College Locator" seeing if they can send you requested info for online schools. I did NOT do an online search for schools and told them to remove my name from their list.

If anyone receives an unwanted call to their cell phone, here's what you do. 1.) Find the unwanted number in your "received calls" list. 2.) Make sure the number is highlighted and select "options." 3.) A new list will pop up. Select "Add to reject list," and then select "Yes." You are done. You will no longer receive a call from that number on your cell ever again. This solution works for any and all unwanted calls/numbers.

Calls me but when I answer there is no one on the other line. They call me constantly and I would appreciate it off they stop.

I checked the caller ID...Area code didn't sound familiar so I didn't answer it...Assume they are telemarketers!

Ok this has been happening for months now. If 1 number does this, a different number will come and do the same exact thing even if I blocked their number

This is a scam, as soon as they know your credit card or debit card number; somehow they get it via the internet.  When they call you, if you answer, they charge your card for whatever amount they can.  It was partly my own fault, new business owner learning the ropes; but the scam or trickery continued. I had to terminate all my credit cards and debit cards to stop them from making any more transactions.  I will also never answer a call from them again.  Best of luck, do not answer this number!

It's something about college.  Degrees.org or some sort.  Trying to get you to sign up for school

This number has called me but didn't leave a message. I looked up the # and got this. It's from Walnut Creek, California and the phone type; is paging/messaging. The carrier; is 33 Wireless Inc. You have to pay or a free trial to get the name.

Called Friday evening late and told me I had requested information about a degree program (I did not). Asked me what degree I would like to get (I finished a BS in 2010), told them I was not requesting any information, not interested in pursuing another degree and thanked them, hung up.
Hung up when I answered their call Monday morning.

This must be coming from a job board.  There are several job board scams; they get your contact info from resume or profile.

Received one or two calls daily from this number over the last week.  I do not answer and they do not leave a message.

They me I answered and ask them y are they calling me 50 times a dat and told them not to call anymore.

Apparently these people link up with different job search engines. That is the only possible way they could have gotten my number. I've been in school the last eight years, don't want to go back anytime soon.

I got a call from this number this morning at around 9:00 am. then a call from an unknown number at 11:00 am. It was a telemarketers asking me if I would like to get a degree. I have gotten these calls several times a day for the last month. I  asked them to stop calling the second time they called. I get the same calls from different numbers. When I got the last call this morning from the unknown number I asked for their name, number and address. They refused to give me the information I wanted. I have put my phone number on the National Do Not Call List and on the state no call list. I am documenting all calls and will eventually take legal action.
