They claim to be CSS Solar and "they're in my neighborhood for a limited time." Yeah right. The caller, a very obnoxious motormouth, who couldn't understand why I wasn't interested in saving on my utility bill, kept blabbing away even after I told her to never call me again.

some solar panel company(CSS) wanting to do an electric analysis..... told them I wasn't interested but she kept talking as I hung up

Saw the caller ID as UNKNOWN CALLER with shown number, did not answer the call but left no message!
