If they're calling your cell (which is what was happening to me) you can block the call. On my iPhone you go to your recent call list, hit the "i", scroll down & you have the option of blocking it.

I called back the number, turns out it's a "Public Survey." It has an automated message that describes what they do. It says they will connect you with an agent to be put on the do-not-call list, but it never connects to anyone. Ugh....

I have received several calls a day from this number, no message left. I did answer the phone a couple of times, there is no one on the other end. It is aggravating.

I also have been getting constant calls from this number. I didn't answer it the first dozen times they called (about twice a day for a week), no message. I have tried multiple times since then to answer and it immediately disconnects. I'm really getting sick of it.

Same as Anthony, Call 3+ days now no message left, finally answered and no one on the other end.
