I received a call from this # just now and filed a complaint on the do not call list website. I called the company back and yelled at them as well. She said her company was card member services but when I asked who gave her my # she said she would remove my # then hung up on me.

925-418-3313 - phishing for socials, i cbed from 3 different numbers and each time a different rep using a voice masking service ided a different law group, i summarily called each law firm and let them know their names were being used illegally, in once case a rep, fredrick directed me to WLG's website - (world law group). They are fun to mess around with though... two reps also said they were an NPO one just clicked me off after a few questions. I've now placed a claim with the FTC and I highly recommend everyone who received calls of this nature do the same.

Just rec'd call from 925-418-3313; rang twice and I did not answer; broadview communications; receive SPAM calls from this company all the time. i have been on DNC list for 4 years

Call my cell (I'm on the no call list) I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the area code or number. They didn't leave VM. If they call again I will file a claim with donotcall.gov/complaints.

got an automated call from "Rachel" @ Card member services, Decided to play with them so I clicked on number 1 and got a person whom is obviously not from the US and when he asked if I was interested I told him I wanted to know who was going to pay me for this call since he called me and was using my minutes. He said they were just trying to help me. I told him he was violating the law since I an on the "Do Not Call List". He said that he was sorry and would have my name removed so I would not receive anymore calls. I told him that is what the last person from his company said and here he is calling. He said he was sorry that they didn't have the new do not call list. I told him not my problem besides I have been on that list since the day they started it so he was violating the law. I told him that I was going to file a complaint with the FTC and he said go ahead and call who you want and we will see what happens.

I did tell them I am on the do not call registry and he said they would remove my name from "their" list. I also filed a complaint on do not call registry.

I actually called it back and stayed on the line to speak with someone (computerized voice of someone foreign, I presume) and he wouldn't identify the company name because I am a non-customer.

Called my cell phone (which is supposed to be "do not call" listed).
When I did not answer, what seemed like was a recorded message "Hi, this is John with TSL" (or "DSL" or something like that) was left on my voice mail concerning how I could lower my credit card interest rates. I did not listen to the entire message.
