I have gotten one call from this number. I did some research and found that it is a telemarketer from other reports.

They made an unsolicited call saying that they were required, under new federal law, to modify my home loan. Press 5 if I wanted the details. Pressing 5, they wanted my name and how many payments behind I am in my existing mortgage (I'm not behind). I left a msg telling them that I believe this is a fraudulent call and that I would be turning it in to the authorities.
Hang up on this number of you get such a call. Your bank will announce themselves. Even if they say they are your bank, you have no proof that they really are. You should hang up and call your bank. If you talk to someone at this number and they say they are your bank and they are willing to give you their number for you to call them back, hang up and call your bank using a number that you know. Don't call the number they give you over the phone.
