DEFINITELY LOUSEY WAY 2 treat customers! they could at least leave of msg. saying only who they are.
HOW MUCH MORE would that cost them to say "this the times , pls. call us about your suscription" ?
dont think there robo call machine is paID BY THE HOUR.

I got the phone call from this # 925-943-8000 as well. I answered and they even asked for me by first name then hung up. I called it back and no one would answer. Sounds like contra costa times. I am going to file a complaint with FCC

its the Contra Costa Times, wont leave message, trying to either sell papers or ask how the new service is if you just signed up. I had to finally answer it, so they wouldnt keep calling. Told them to stop and they did.

My mom got a call today on her cell phone, and they left a message. She tried calling back that number, but it was busy. BUT. They left a phone message like a 1-800 number. She called the number and its contra costa times.

The same thing happened to me. There was a the number on my caller ID. I called it and it was busy all of the time.

I've been getting calls from this same number for the past week. They dont leave messages and each time they've called I've not been near the phone or didnt hear it ringing. I did try to call it back today and its just a busy signal.
