My husbamd received a message from this number and it was an angry thick indian voice stating that there was a cyber crime filed and another person will be going to jail if he didn't call this number 928-476-7119... they even repeated his social, how is this possible???

My wife recievied the same call about 6 times a day for a week. I also reported these guys to our local police department. They told me the best thing to do is to report these incidents to the District Attourney, so I did. I even gave them a recording of my answering machine with a very threatening message left for my wife. I hope that someone catches these criminals. A man by the name of Sean Marks called, left a voice mail on my cell saying they were going to arrest me if they didn't hear back by 2:00 p.m. on the day they called.  They have my Social Security Number, Home Address and Cell Number.  I save the message on the cell - it is disturbing and they are very mean and rude.

They called me again today from another # 209-820-4452, and said they were gonna arrest me on Monday, for a payday loan.  I never got the loan and only got charged $50 for appling for the loan.

I RECIEVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER, FROM A MAN WITH A THICK ACCENT, JUST LIKE YOU GUYS REPORTED.  HE TOLD ME THAT I  TOOK OUT A LOAN AND DIDN'T PAY HIS COMPANY  BACK, AND I NEEDED TO PAY HIM MONEY OVER THE PHONE OR I WOULD BE ARRESTED TOMORROW!!! HE  COULD NOT TELL ME THE NAME OF THE COMPANY OR ANY INFORMATION, BUT HE DID KNOW MY SOCIAL SECURITY #, ALL MY CONTACT # AND ADDRESS EVEN KNEW MY MOTHERS MAIDEN NAME!

i got the call today at 135 from a unknown number left voice mail same that what yall said i was scaredto death i was hiding in the back telling everyone to tell ppl i anit here i called att they tracked it down and told me to call the police they came out and listen to it and recorded it i hope we catch these ppl

I got the same call at my work on the VM for me, a man with a heavy Middle Eastern accent saying he was from the Cyber Crime unit and if I did not call him at 928-476-7119 they would come to my house and arrest me.  It was yesterday at 230 EST.  What is up with this????

I received the same call a couple of times. I reported them to local authorities. I suggest you do the same. Be sure to include the number in your statement.
I called them early this morning and got an outgoing message saying the person at this number is not available. The number they gave me was different than the one they called me from.
I called the number he gave me today, told them I had reported them to local authorities for fraud investigation and they hung up. When I called back to make sure they understood, they didn't answer. :)

Got a call on my work number from this number, they scare the hell out of me. I might have given them some personal info inclusing my debit card and dLIC #. What do I do?

I got a call from this number today. What do I do. They said they were going to arrest me either at my home or work tomorrow. What do I do? I don't know how they got my information.

I received the call 20 minutes ago at work and they had my social security number!! I didn't confirm or deny anything but I'm very upset.  The only question they kept asking me is "what is your attorneys name" that's the only they wanted from me which was bizzarre.  I'm going to get this on the local news. I'm in Eugene Oregon if everyone could post where they are from maybe we can try to track it.

I got the same phone call - stupid of them they called me at my work which is a LAW FIRM - they said they were attorneys - they kept changing their names on me - I kept calling back saying I needed to speak to the attorney - they said "this was fraud" and hung up on me. I will be reporting them.

i got the same calls. they claim to be with the cyber crime division. I have spoken to Santana, Mark and Jennifer. The last time that I spoke to them they said that I owe money and they are coming to serve me papers. I didn't give them any information yet they told me that I owed. I called the FCC and they said that is not their area. They told me to call the FTC. I did file a complaint with the FTC and I urge you all too also to that they may take this seriously. Their # is 877-382-4357. I also urge you to contact Equifax and file a fraud alert on your credit they will notify experian and transunion also. You can get a free copy of your credit reports to review. Review them closely since tis scammer has all your personal info.

Is there a place to report them.  I just got the same call from cyber crime unit.

Serious fraud.  What sort of place won't even tell you the name of the organization?  The same people noted above (same accents, at least) called the main line of my office, left a threatening message (same claims as above, very serious time sensitive legal matter, etc) and when I called back a man somewhere very noisy answered and asked me what number they'd called (wtf?) and then wouldn't give me any information.  I asked them not to call back and they at least said they would, we shall see about that.

I got the same call and had a very hard time understanding the person.  I was tired and knew that any monies that I owe are paid back....nevertheless the guy insisted I would go to jail if I did not pay him 5K.
How messed up....told him I would not give him a dime and that he is more than welcome to have me arrested!  He got loud and told me to shut up and I got ethnic on his a**!!!!  I will check into doing whatever I can to put this man in jail!!!!

My fiance got a call this morning from this man on his work phone stating. Would never do anything illegal, second off, when he called him back he wouldn't say what the allegations supposedly were. He called the sheriff and they said that it was probably a hoax because the police or sheriffs never foreworn the suspects of any crimes. What a heckler. I would like to find a way to get this guy. I did find out it is a landline phone from around the pine or paynton arizona area so i think i will try and call qwest because it is a qwest corporation line, and if that doesn't work i will find a way to contact the authorities down there! Thanks to all the other posting so everyone can know this is nothing but a hoax!

I just recieved the same call from this guy named Ryan, he does have a deep Indian accent and no he want answer any of your questions, but he just keep threatening you and telling you that you're going to be picked up by the police. He had my husband's address, job place but my cell number. I want to know how do we catch this person or persons because this is not acceptable.

Received a very threatening phone call today, from a woman with a very thick, Indian accent, demanding that I call her back.  She said her name was Kelly Cruz.  I called back, and she wasn't there, but a man with the same accent, (very hard to understand) told me I'd better retain a lawyer quickly, because they were going to be serving me with court papers tomorrow, and go to jail for not paying back a cash advance company!
He would not give me the name of his company, the company I supposedly owed the money to, or the amount.  Amazingly, he had my SS#, work number, home number, and all addresses.

I just received the same phone call as listed in all the other post.  It went to my cell phone and work extension phone.  If I could track them down, I think I could get them because all of our calls are recorded at work.

How could we report these people???

I got this call from Northern Arizona a man with a thick Indian accent say that they are coming to arrest me for some stupid pay day loan I so called robbed I have the case number and everything. But I would like to know how they got my information? I tried to get them to give me the number to the creditor but they refused another bottom feeder collection agency.
