Obviously Interstate Auto Glass is pretty desperate to violate federal law and then thuggishly harass people who disclose any information about the company after receiving unwanted calls. If Interstate Auto Glass operated like a legitimate business, obeyed the law, and used more sophisticated marketing strategies there wouldn't be a problem to begin with.
You're just making your Interstate Auto Glass look like a bunch of unscrupulous and very uneducated criminals who will do anything to make a buck. It's interesting that a customer who filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau just happened to get a call from Interstate Auto Glass the day after their windshield got damaged. I'm quite sure it's just a coincidence and the windshield wasn't damaged by one of the company's employees but still Interstate Auto glass couldn't even honor the promotion they were selling to get this person's business. Interstate Auto Glass claimed they would give the customer $50 CASH for letting them do the repair then gave them the runaround and claimed they were sending a rebate (NOT CASH) which the person apparently did not receive.
Remember, when making moronic sexual comments like a high school dropout with a criminal record, that you are representing the company you work for.  You have no one to blame but yourself for increasing the negative reputation your employer is getting:

Besides filing complaints with the FCC and other government agencies report abuse to the Better Business Bureau

So far I've been called at least 4 times by Interstate Auto Glass and have filed complaints with the FCC 2 or 3 times. I've read complaints on other sites where people did ask to be removed from the list and still continued to receive calls from Interstate Auto Glass. And of course any info they'd give about Interstate Auto Glass was met with offensive retaliatory responses insisting that they shouldn't file complaints or divulge any information about the company. Based on the multitude of complaints I've read these guys seem like straight up liars and criminals trying to keep a business afloat by any means necessary. This includes calling countless people hoping to get the one out of thousands (if not millions) of people who actually need window glass work done. I could speculate that to offset all the useless calls they make that there many shady money making tactics to beware of.
Anyone who makes the mistake of letting these foul-mouthed thugs replace their auto glass should make sure there are no valuables in the car and avoid giving Interstate Auto Glass any personal information they may sell to third parties. Also make sure they don't make any alterations to your vehicle that may require further auto repair from sister companies that may be paying for referrals.
This is just speculation of course. I'm sure they do legit work but I wouldn't take my chances on a company that hires employees that sound like brain damaged petty criminals.

The ONLY way to stop any unwanted caller, if your number is on the "Do not call registry" is to calmly, clearly
inform them to remove you permanently from their call list as your number is a Do Not Call Number, and that
you are reporting Interstate Auto Glass and its many numbers to the FCC, your State Attorney General, your State Insurance Commission for further investigation. All contact information for these agencies is usually in the front pages of your local phone book or at the local library.
As far as the person calling goes, they could care less because all they do is dial numbers, give a rehearsed
dialogue designed to suck you into their sales pitch.

Telemarketer
I received a telemarking call from Interstate Auto Glass using an out of service, phony phone number of (928) 925-7023.  They referred to the call as a "courtesy call" to see if I needed a new windshield.  I'm just speechless that someone would actually care enough to make a "courtesy call" regarding the welfare of my windshield.  Who believes this crap?

Another stupid jerk that calls, hangs ups and doesn't give a damn that people are on the supposed "do not call list"

F U you, you damn telemarketers.  Most of these A holes read what we write about them on these web sites.

The f' ers such as this one call over and over and hang up.  The "do not call" list is another example of how this useless government we have will not even enforce the laws they create... and... half the time the government themselves are the biggest criminals.

Even if some useless government bureaucrat does try to force these telemarketers and other a holes to stop what they do... whoever has the most money and/or the most clout, can do whatever the hell they please...

I think this is Auto Glass Direct.  Do not use them EVER for repairs.  Bad work and they will NEVER stop calling.  They call my house, husband's cell phone, my cell phone and work number at least once a month.  When you tell them to stop calling they will say they removed your number, but it a lie.

They are using throw-away cell phones and numbers so they can't be traced or stopped in most cases. Phone company won't do anything unless one is willing to add expensive phone package to line.
