Got a call from this number they call us every day and they hang up. Or they stay on and you can hear them and then they hang up. It is terribly annoying when this is a Fire Dept he keeps calling.

calling for someone in the company, claiming to be from JPMC and they must reach him to give him user ID and password.  I left her on hold for 10 minutes.  Oh, and now she's calling back, I refuse to pick up.  The list of numbers on caller ID that I can't pick up grows daily.  So frustrating!

they called my employer before the office opened this morning. no message.

This guy calls at least once per day for my boss.  When I answer, he hangs up.  Occasionally he does ask for boss when I answer and when I say he is unavailable, he hangs up (no good bye, no nothing).  Aggravates the heck out of me especially because I'm so busy.

Just called and told me he was referred to me by someone else in my company who I do not know. I told him repeatedly that I do not know this person so I doubt they referred me. Clearly he had gotten my info and the others from LinkedIn, trying to get me to answer questions. I refused to answer them.

I was on a conference call on my work cell when this number started repeatedly popping up on the cell's call waiting - 3 calls within a minute of each other, a pause of about 25 minutes, then two more calls about 7 minutes apart.  No voice mail left from _any_ of these calls, so I figured it for a scammer/spammer.

Calling my place of employment repeatedly and speaking with admin assistant.  Very rude, will not give out information about the company, etc.  They hang up abruptly when questioned too much. SPAMer or Telemarketer definitely.  Comes up as WOODSIDE, NY on the caller id.  Would only give me a business name of "CNA."

OK guys, i got a call again and I could talk him into telling me where was he calling from. They say the call was from salebuild some research company called salesify.

A woman with a strong Indian accent called from this number claiming to be from Symantec. She asked if I had received their email and asked me to confirm it. I said I could not confirm it and hung up. Very annoying. Not even sure how they got my work number.

this number called last night and woke everyone up at 1:30am. We didn't answer because we did not recognize the number. figured it was bogus anyway. Sad thing is, it wakes my 90 yr old mother up and worries her to death. We all need to force our phone companies to do something about this. They are so smart (our phone co.'s) with all their technology, surely they could design something that will help us. When is this harassment ever going to stop? Call block programs cost money and they never seem to work because the bad guys just change their numbers.

Our idea is soon to get rid of our land line phones, and stick to cell phones that we can turn off at night to get peace at least so we can sleep.

Got a call from these idiots.  Told them to take me off their calling list and he just kept on spouting his dribble, until I hung up on him.  He called back instantly and I again told him to take me off his calling list and hung up.  He called again, and I just picked up the receiver and hung up.  Whoever these people are they need to be universally blocked.

Scammers keep calling every hour to speak with people in our company.

How do you use call block?

Have had several calls from this number at 2 am.  Either hang up or dont answer when I pick up.  Caller ID says New York call.

They said that they were FedEx and wanted to confirm my address.  I'm an idiot and confirmed

We must get these harassing whitepaper calls five or six times a week.  They call my line directly and ask for one of my coworkers saying that (my boss's name) said to call me.  in heavily accented Engrish, they start a fast stream of babble that doesn't tell me anything and then asks if _______ is my email address and if ______ is my mailing address.  I then play their game and say that I no longer work here.  They then repeat their question confirming my email and work address, I then ask them random questions about old server disposals.  Silence.  Rinse.  Repeat.  I finally said I no longer sell plumbing supplies (random topic that was never once mentioned as I work in IT) and then caller finally gives up and hangs up.  Must have amnesia, because this same number keeps calling.

They asked if my address was correct, without introducing themselves, and then asked if the company was "___". Then they hung up. Terrible! I'm afraid of the kind of calls that are to come.

Got a call from them. Kept trying to sell me software "Network backup for Linux". Told him I didnt have Linux at our company. He repeated himself. I repeated myself. Went back and forth 4-5 times.  Fianlly cut him off and siad "CAN YOU NOT UNDERSTAND ME? I DONT USE LINUX. SO WHY WOULD YOU SEND ME A LINUX BACKUP SOFTWARE? I have nothing to run it on nor do I have any Linux to back up". He paused, and then started on in case I wanted to get Linux in the future. I said Nope. He hung up

Trying to get you to buy white papers.  I told them no about 50-60 times.  Still getting calls

Called me at 11:19PM.  Caller ID said "New York City".  Since I know NO ONE there, I didn't answer.  11:19PM - REALLY???    Call Block worked on this one.

This number called my work today, a lady said she was with the BBB and needed numbers from our postage machiene.  I call bs on that one.  I would just ignore this number if it shows up on your caller ID.

Called at 4am.  Just silence when I said "hello".  RAWR
