Started in with how we are eligible for a free yadda yadda.  I went to Google Voice and blocked his number.

"Randy" Appears to be an individual calling from a residential phone to sell credit card merchant services.  Our phone is through Google Voice so I blocked his number from ever ringing through to our phone again and will post as many reports about him as time permits.
