Ignore the messages. The sender is either a telemarketer or a scammer.
By calling or texting them you have told them that the number is in use by someone who answers random texts. You will get more scam and sales texts. Delete them all.

I too got a text from this number and it said, "Hiii Sierra", but I got a follow up text that said, "oh no I have no reception :(" I have asked 4 times now who it is and they haven't texted back since! So, idk what to do!

I got a text from this number asking to IM, no one uses IM anymore so I figured it was some sort of scam
