I went to the website and said if they did not stop (we don't even have a gas line) that I would file a harassment report to the FCC and the Ohio Attorney General. See what happens.

This number has called 8 times in the past 4 days. There is no one that talks when I answer. There is no message left. With all the political robo-dialers, I no longer answer any numbers that I do not recognize. I called the number back and it is IGS Energy... Now you know what to expect if you choose them to be your provider. They must be losing a fortune in telemarkerters that don't speak.....

I keep getting calls from IGS Energy at 937-556-4304 and when I answer there is no one there. They call me at least three times a day. Can this be stopped as I don't care to change my natural gas carrier.

It is absolutely IGS and their call center - dialing a call then hanging up when the agent is too busy. Extremely poor practice. Call & bi*** them out. If only we could get to the jerk that is behind it instead of the poor call center employee that hears our irritation.

When I called back, a woman from IGS Energy answered. They were calling to give their latest rates on gas prices for the home. She did not know why no one was on the other end when I answered the call a few minutes earlier. I reported to her that we are on the National Do Not Call Registry, and she confirmed that she was taking our number off their contact list.

No message, they just hang up every time they call. If you call the number back no one picks it up. Very annoying! I have just started receiving calls from them about 1/3 and have gotten now three or four calls.
