Lizzie from Ohio Premiere called my cell phone, offering full or part time work.  I'm not looking for a job, and when I searched for the company online, nothing came up.  Obviously a scam.

I'm the one who wrote the post at http://homeschoolresource.blogspot.com/2007/10/mlm-schemes.html .  I'm glad it's helped people.  They seem to have a habit of calling people at the beginning of school terms or on break.  I know they go through WSU's phone lists as well.

I also received a "pink sticker" on my car today. I promptly called the number to see what the deal was. The post it-ad stated "SUMMER CASH - Earn an extra $800 - $1000 a MONTH - International Health and Wellness company expanding locally. Flexible Schedule - Start Immediately, Will Train. Contact: Lizzie At: 937-353-7277.

Also, they have changed their address to 245 W Elmwood Dr. Centerville, OH, off of Rt. 48 in Dayton, Ohio. Suite 201.

After reading all of this, it definitely is not legit. Callers BEWARE!

I received a sticker on my car window at the grocery store yesterday. I called and left a voicemail out of curiousity and because I need extra cash. I have a full time job and a part time job already. Lizzie called me this morning on my break. She was very vague and evasive when I asked questions. I asked the name of the company and she said Ohio Premier. I said I have heard of that before somewhere. As I was trying to remember, and google it at the same time, she asked to put me on hold. I told her my break was over, I would think about it and give her a call back. It is very obvious this is not a legit or worthwhile business. I got a very sneaky vibe. I could tell that they prey on people who don't question things. I am very cynical and I am not trusting. This is B.S. I don't have to go to their "interview"/sales pitch to know that!

Received a call from "lizzie" at Ohio Premier offering full or part-time work if I was interested.  After playing phone tag for about 4 days because I could never get an actual person to answer the phone, I spoke with Lizzie.  She said that the company was looking for positions in "Nutritional counseling" and wanted to know if I had any background in that area.  She wanted to schedule an interview with me, but never once mentioned that it would be a group interview or that this was concerning direct sales.  She told me she would be willing to "train the right person".  She wanted me to come over that afternoon and luckily I wasn't available and have the opportunity to do some research on the web.  This is wrong, wrong, wrong.  How frustrating.  It was a very misleading phone conversation all around.

they left flyers on our cars at work.  they claimed "full or part time work @ home" and it said to call sarah @ 937-247-0406.  I called this morning, just curious, and she was VERY sketchy.  she barely gave any info.  I had to ask her the name of the company.  and she only would tell me its realated to the health and wellness industry.  then when she was giving me directions, she waited until the end of the call to give the actual number and road.  she asked me twice if i have ever heard of OHIO PREMIER.  she said something about an avery dennison sign, and that there was no sign indicating their office.  she said that my GPS probably wouldnt locate it.  I would have to be an IDIOT TO GO.  google "ohio premier miamisburg ohio" and another blog is posted.  BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!

they called me too! "sarah" was very vague on the phone.  she wanted me to come in the next day @ 630pm to meet with her.  she said her "executive" would probably be around for me to meet.  she gave me very little information, i had to ask her the name of the company, and when she told me, she was very quick to ask if i have ever heard of them.  i said no and she gave me very detailed directions.  she wouldnt come right out and just give me an address. this is totally a scam. im actually afraid to go to something like this by myself. the address was 195 byers road in miamisburg. DO NOT GO. THIS IS A SCAM!

Does anyone know what the laws are regarding a referral?
Do they have to tell you if it truly is a referral or not?

This company is bad news!

I have been called by Trish at number 937.247.0966 and set-up with an overview meeting with Nick Larider (sp?) at 614.453.5204.  Address for meeting was 6330 Proprieter Road, Worthington, Ohio 43085, Suite D.  She stated a "Lifestyle Solutions" sign would be in the front.

She was very vague with details and could not tell me directly who the referral individual was.  That tipped me off, glad I checked on it.

Same as everyone else... called my cell- and it was from Lucy- offering me full or partime work opportunities... i have a full time job that i would not leave for anything so i do not know where they would think i needed employment!!  This is so frustrating!

Received a call from "Lizze" for a work opportunity for her company.  She said that she had information that indicated that I was looking for part time or full time employment (I wasn't), and that I could call her back to learn more.  Luckily, I found this website by googling the number 937-558-0448.  As someone mentioned above, read this to learn more:

Got a voicemail from Lizzie today form Ohio Premier. My number is unlisted, has been on the do not call registry since 2006, and I never give it out.

I called her back and asked how she got my number since it's unlisted and is in the DNC registry. She got defensive and claimed she is not "selling" anything. I tried to explain to her that what she is doing is soliciting business which, from my understanding, is still "against the rules" if you are listed in the DNC registry.

Then she tried to tell me she must have dialed the wrong number. If that was the case, then how did she know my name when she left the voicemail? She couldn't answer that question, either.

Then she tried getting more personal info from me, trying to act dumb like she didn't know she called me 10 minutes ago.

If your number is listed in the DNC registry, then file a complaint. Don't give her any information whatsoever. This whole thing sounds like a scam.

Received a voice message from 937-558-0448. The caller was offering part and/or full-time employment. I have been sending out a lot of resumes online but do not give out my cell phone number.

I, too, got a call on my cell phone from "Lucy" who said she was with Ohio Premier and heard I was interested in full or part time employment.  Since I am recently retired I considered calling back but decided to run a Google search first.  I ran one for "Ohio Premiere" and found more info at http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/145606.  It looks like a scam.
