Leave messages that it is collecting a debt.  Not who it is for just call back.   I owe nothing to anyone.   Did a *57 trace and complaint they leave a dozen messages a day. M

This Number 937-684-4838 calls at least 4-5 times a day and I let it go to the answering machine. I answered it today and it was just dead air.

just got a call from this number asking for amy and my maiden name. They were looking for my mother in law who has been deceased since may of this year. I had nothing to do with her bills. at the time I was even married to her son. how rediculous is this harrassing people. what she owed on her debt died with her. she had no cosigners or any money.

Got a call from a female who asked for me by first name (not last).  When I answered she asked for someone who I do not know.  Asked her how she got my number (I never use my home phone) and she said she was doing business with this person and he gave me as a reference.  I told her I do not know this person and it was a bunch of bull that someone I do not know would list me as a reference.  Not sure if they are going to call back.  I must have the same name or close name to this persons relative.  Idiots!

I have 3 missed calls and 3 received calls from this number.  Everytime they ask for Matt C.  The first time I informed them they had the wrong number the guy asked if I was sure, and if I was Matt's wife, Tonya!  The second time I told them off the bat they had the wrong number (and it sounded like guy #1) and he said he'd make a note of it, but I've had to explain on a third call that they have the wrong number.  Can you really keep harrassing a wrong number?

Received several calls from this number asking to verify employment of someone who has never worked here. They've called us for a few weeks now.   We keep telling them the same thing over and over but they keep calling.

This number appears to be a local number in Dayton, Ohio that supposedly belongs to Reginald Jackson (probably not his real name).  This person uses this number to call for a collection company callled United Recovery whose telephone number is 800-326-3446.  If you call the 937-684-4838 you will typically get the sound of a "dead" line or you will get a muffled anser which is inaudible.

Here seems to be another issue.  I have an unlisted number with Time Warner and never use my home number for business.  This Mr Jackson somehow has gotten my private, unlisted number.  Time Warner insists they do not give it out.  Was Time Warner's system "hacked"?  I do not know.  But there is a question that he or his company will not answer.  

If you wish to "block" this nuisance it may be possible to go to Time Warner dot com and go to My Services and it may be possible to block out calls from both numbers. Good luck.

This company called me asking about a neighbor I don't even know.  They're a collection agency and they're calling the person's neighbors to try and locate him.  Talked to the manager who claimed such practice is legal.  I can't see how harrassing neighbors is legal.

They call once to twice a week. Wont leave a message. Keeps asking for someone who doesnt live here. Told them to quit calling, and they won't. So I hit *57 to have a letter send.

yeh they just called my cell i missed it and then they called the house phone and i never told anyone my house number.  cuz i dont use the house phone. and when my mom answered the phone they wouldnt state who they were

They called & asked me if I knew a Cynthia Williams. Kept at it when I said "no". Don't know how they received our number. The female caller would not identify who she was representing.

wanted my son i said not here would not talk to me unless i faxed a poa.told not to call back.
