The 1st time I answered, he started out asking me to verify my name and address. I replied, "who are you and why are you calling?" He could/would not answer my simple question. Just kept asking me to verify my personal info. He was very rude, intrusive and even a bit threatening at times. I then said, "sir, where do you live?" "If you already have my info in front of you, why are you asking?"
I think I am going to call back this number 2-3 times a day just to f%*k with them now.

get calls occasionally at weird times, if collection agency not professional, and they are rude when you do talk to someone, who asks a lot of personal info that if they were agency should have the info.
