You won't have to get charged with murder. You can get satisfaction in knowing that these type of creatures are not known for their longevity, due to their lifestyles. He might already be dead before you could locate him. We see abusive language, and even death threats from these lowlifes all the time, but as you say, there is nothing to worry about, they just have big mouths when they are high. Two of their most used area codes are 305 and 360, so if you have the ability, block calls from these to avoid many of the calls. ( If you ever do run into some of these degenerates, and cause their early demise, you would be doing millions of people a favor!)

These guys got me today too. So I started up cursing and berating him mercilessly. Threatened to come down to Florida and fight him. But his a** hung up on me. Then he called me back and threatened my wife and kids. I swear he'll live to regret saying that.

These people are Pfishers.  They called my mom today, offering to lower her credit card rate, and give her $2500 she will never have to pay back.  She said forget it I"m not interested.  The person talking to her got VERY snotty and told her she doesn't understand and she reiterated that she did.  He continued to harass my 71 year old mother.  She said I am not interested and hung up.  He called back THREE times harassing her.  She told him she had already called the credit card company to cancel the card (which she did) and he threatened her and said then I'm canceling all your cards; like he actually has that authority.The third time he called back my dad answered and told this guy my mom doesn't want to speak to him and if he was going to call a lawyer, the guy hung up pretty quick.  I'm going to get the name of this company and have my parents file wight he BBB and with the Attorney Generals office.  They are scammers trying to get people's credit card info!  

Ironically I don't carry any credit card debt. I hit the 2 option and it doesn't matter they keep calling everyday. I've asked them to remove me and they just hang up on me. This is so outrageous.

I got a call from them too. I pushed 6 multiple times because on some calls that will take you off their list. Well evidentially I ticked him off. He called back and kept pushing buttons in my ear and called me all kinds of nasty things. Unbelievable!  I'm trying to find out who it is so I can get him fired!

I asked him for an EIN # to validate his claims.  He responded to me with about 5 minutes of calling me a "gay" and threatening to suck his "dick" ..... threats of donkey dick, piece of s***, and basically acting like a 12 year old who just learned about 15 curse words.  I told him to come to my house and tell me that.  Then he hung up on me.

They called saying I could get a discounted rate on all my VISA cards, when I said I was not interested, have a good day. I hung up, and then he called back like 3 times, saying vulgar things to me! I was appalled. Tried to call the number back it's a no good number!

This is supposed to be a company that will help you lower your credit card rate. I asked them to remove my number because I'm on DO NOT CALL list and they said "no".  They said they would call me 2-3-4 times a day or more and if I didn't like it..."too bad".

At 8AM this this morning, I got a call on my land line from 305-368-8904. A computer voice told me about lowering my cc rates. I've read that if you press several buttons on your phone, the computer on the other end will get confused and take you off the calling list, so I did that. One minute later, I got a call from 941-312-8877 with a man laughing in the background pressing numbers on the phone! I asked who it was and requested to be taken off their call list and hung up. The phone rang again seconds later, with more button pressing! You bet I'm reporting this scumbag.

This is a credit card scammer phishing for your credit card number by offering you a discounted credit rate. They will ask you to verify your credit card number which no legit credit company does.

Got a Call from 1-305-368-8854 and a robo voice indicating "this is about your credit card".... "Reduce your interest rate"

I am really tired of these calls, so I pressed '9' and said: "This is the FBI, we have you completely surrounded, put your hands on top of your head." and hung up.

We got a call back 15 seconds later, and the caller ID was "1-941-312-8877".  The the same guy as before, and guy started to say something.  I cut him off saying that this was a scam and to stop calling.  That is when he told me I just should hang up you M*** F****'er.

This callback should be reported as Abuse...I did not use profanity.

The DNC works just fine for its purpose is. It doesn't stop the crank callers, spammers, extortionist and money scammers since they don't obey any laws.  Generally those few telemarketers who do not obey, they do get caught up with eventually. It takes time for this to happen and it takes us all reporting these things as it happens.  And some of these are calling from different country's and that takes their government working with ours to catch them.

Received a call and when I asked which Bank they represented the man told me to "suck his &%&*" and proceeded with other vulgar statements.  When I hung up he called back 7 or 8 times from different florida numbers continuing with the rant.  Do Not Call List has become a joke.

*69 gave me: 941.312.8877, Said his name was Mark, x8030, of Cardmember Services for all Mastercard/VISA credit cards, he could lower the interest rate to 6%.  This lower rate would last for the life of the cardholder.  It sounded like a telemarketing center.  After hanging up, he did call back - several times.... asking for the credit card number.

These people are calling me and telling me that I owe money on a c/c that I have not owned in years. I told him Thai thought he was a scammer,he called me a liar repeatedly. Then he said he would come here and  #%?! My mom! Called the police and my phone company. In hold with the bank they were callong on behalf of!This is ridiculous

These people stalked me for three days with prank calls saying disgusting and unspeakable things to me- after I said I would not give them my cc info.  I was cursed at and accused of doing beyond horrible things of a very personal nature.  They need to be stopped.
