A lady keep calling and ask to speak to my wife. I tell her that she is not at home and ask if I could help her, but keep saying that she will call back later!

I am on do not call list.  Quit calling.

I am on a "do not call" list and this number keeps appearing.

This is another charity out of Florida asking for money.  By law, charity calls do not have to abide by the do-not call-list.  So it is not a scam to beat the system as charities are allowed to call you.  When they call by computer, a person will get on the line when you answer.  Sometimes it takes a few seconds or so for someone on their end.  At that point, they don't really know who they are talking too.  So when they ask to verify your name and address and phone number for the records, they are not verifying anything.  They are actually getting your information when you voluntarily give it to them.  So if you don't want to go through the hassle, remember that technology works both ways.  They can computer call you, and you can block their number.  Computer call, block the number.  Isn't technology great!!!

Called the number from Sarasota, Florida  back and someone answered "Organizational Development" and identified herself as Carol. I said asked why this number had shown up in my called ID. She said one of our operators had called you from one of our charities, but did not identify which one. I asked her to remove me from their call list. She said she needed to write my number down. I asked if they had it on caller ID.  I refused to give it and hung up.

Collecting for the Kids Miracle Network.   I believe I had donated to them in the past.   They were very professional on the phone, but I'm not sure how much of the money goes to the kids.

Got call @ 8:30 am. Florida #. I don't answer unknown name or private callers. Did not leave any message either. If it very important they would leave a message. Propably just another one of those robocall scams. I have been on the do not call list for many years. They always come up with news ways to try to beat the system.

Called today, went to VM and left no message. Called the number back and someone answered "Organizational Development"

recvd call from 941-444-3989, did not answer, no message, searched and found "level 3" phone supplier, this is my 131 different unwanted caller numbers since  i began keeping records jan 2013
