Yes this is from Kaplan, but as I don't have a balence, however I DID make an enquiry on it.

I receive several calls from this number a day.  It is really is getting on my nerves.  They never leave a message.

This call is from Kaplan University. It is a harassment tactic used for people who have an outstanding balance.

I received one call yesterday afternoon and two today.  All three calls yielded no messages.
