Rarely answer unknown numbers. Answered this call "hello" prompted the call to go thru and began ringing as if I were calling someone. I hung up. added number to my blocked calls. Done

Received a call from this number on my cell this morning. According to my research, it is a mobile number from India. IF I get international charges on my bill from this junk call, I will be contacting my lawyer! I am absolutely sick of all these obnoxious invasions of my privacy! I long for the "old" days when technology was NOT in the hands of the masses!!
