They call me daily from different numbers. It is always Bridgett or Carmen from "Card Services", and I am to consider this as "my final opportunity to lower my interest rates on my credit cards to as little as 1%.
I block the numbers, but they have an application which allows them to change their calller ID number at will, and now the calls come in as if I am calling myself! They also call from SKYPE numbers.
I tried complaining to the FCC, but was put on hold for over 30 minutes...

It is hard to believe these scammers can do as they please without getting caught!

These criminal rats hijacked a legitimate number,(610) 466?086?0.  This is a construction company in PA.  I picked up the phone and got - -"Hello, this is Briget of Card Services".  I hung up.  I called that number and told him (on voicemail)  that his number was hijacked by criminals.  Heard nothing from him.  It is amazing what these Vermin are capable of.  It is just amazing that prople give out all their card numbers and their social security numbers to these criminals.  Simply amazing how many totally ignorant Americans are in this country!

They call me all the time...usually twice a day. I just ignore them, as I never answer
a call I don't recognize.

Same as all the other complaints on here. Caller ID showed: CARD SERVICES 1-949-229-4181. I'm beyond fed up. I will not pick up my home  phone anymore. Same crap over and over again.
 There is a new twist to this fiasco now. They used my husbands name and our own home phone number, on the incoming Caller ID information, that was displayed on my home phone.
 That's messed up. These people are that determined to get through to my family. It worked once. My son picked up thinking it was his Dad. Never again. Everyone in my home knows this is a scam and not to pick up anymore.
 They can put anyone's information on the Caller ID display. That should be illegal. Asking for credit card information to use against you should be illegal. Where are the people that are supposed to be protecting us from these scammers. Why can't the phone companies that are making millions/billions of dollars, off of us, do something to stop this?
Maybe someday, someone will read this that can actually put a stop to these calls. Until then... good luck to everyone that has to put up with this nonsense.

It's strange that the NSA can illegally track, catalog & record all US calls & most calls around the globe but no US government agency will enforce existing telecom laws to protect the consumer?  But they will waste tax dollars on such things as "DoNotCall.gov" in order to facilitate more government expansion?

I have received these calls with spoofed  id  numbers also----they have been legitamate local numbers, who did NOT make these robo calls...their numbers were just used as a caller id to get people to pickup.

Lately I pickup the phone as soon as it rings, then just let them talk on as long a they want without any noise from my end, and just wait until THEY hang up.  (They usually go through their spiel twice.)   At least it wastes their time.

Called me with a recording saying "This is Carmen from your credit card company. It is urgent that you contact us to lower your interest rate. Consider this your final offer." But it is NEVER a final offer. I get these calls CONSTANTLY, several times a day. Usually I don't answer, but decided to pick up this time to see what happens. When I pressed 1 to talk to a live person she answered, "Do you want to lower your interest rate?" When I asked, "What company is this?" she answered, "Wrong number" and disconnected the call. This is NOT a legitimate company or offer. Anyone legitimate would not have hung up. My phone number is listed on the national "Do Not Call" registry, yet I continue to get calls like this. Telling them to remove my number (as I have done on numerous occasions) does no good. They just get a different phone number and continue.

Got a call from this number. Woman said she was Paulette from Payless Solutions, license number TC3647 and TJ9726.

I kept her going for a while until I wished cancer of the va**na on her.

Rec'd telephone call 5/19/14. ID says Card Services. Why won't they just give the f*** up on my number. I'm not answering.

Card scammers.  4th call this week - all from different phony numbers.  I would kill these people if I knew where they really were.  If you ever hear of their building being torched with all the people inside and the exits blocked it might be me.  Or maybe the owners car with bomb under the driver's seat and a spoofed cell phone detonator.  I'll call and confess from a spoofed number.

I know that I've blown out several ear drums with my police whistle! I hit whichever button will get me a real person & then BLAST the whistle until THEY hang up. It sure makes me feel better -- and eventually done of these jack***es stop calling me.

You are wasting your time. These scammers are using Skype and a cheap, off the rack computer program which generates a new, fake number every few days. So, every time you block their latest number, they will call you back from another new, fake number in a few days. What they are doing is criminal (and that's just the fake number thing to get around the telemarketing laws .. because we all KNOW that the card services/lower interest thing is likely a huge scam as well, as they are probably identity thieves) and they should be in prison!

Yet another fake number by the "Card Services" scammers! These people need to be put in prison!

'Credit Card Services' call even though we are on the Do Not Call list.

This is the at least 3rd or 4th call I have received from them, naturally at dinnertime.  My answering machine gets the call, something about lowering credit card rates.  I use NoMoRobo (Free Online) with my phone provider.  They have done a great job blocking calls, however this number keeps getting though in spite of me reporting it several times.  After tonight's call I decided to blocked them myself, using my phone service providers do not call list, which allows me to block 50 calls.  Lets see what happens next.
