Yes everyday this guy calls. I let it go to v mail and its a name I have no idea who it is. tis has been going on for 2 months.

Thank you for sharing your comments.  They called and I said "hello" they yelled "this call is being recorded", not hello is so  and so there.  I hung up because they scared me.  I have a new phone number and bill collectors call for Stacey, not me.  Once I said " I have this new phone number take me off of the list", they said "hold on ma'am" and came back to say "yes, you are right your voice sound bite does not match the sound bite of Stacey we have on file".  Hmmmmm our recorded voice becomes a sound bite or type of finger print they keep on file........so I won't give you my fingerprints because under the constitution I have rights and you need probable cause, but you can take a copy of my voice for voice print verification.  Loop Holes Loop Holes silly funny Loop Holes (sung to the tune of Fish Heads).

these people been calling me for last 2 weeks everyday. asking for person I don't even know. I keep telling them you got the wrong number but they keep calling again. most times they hangup before I pick up and sometimes they ask for the person I don't know. Really harassing me because they argue with me that I know this person.

Didn't answer it as didn't recognize it. the caller hung up without leaving a message.

Get calls / voice mail from this number almost every day. Looking for Steve Agcaoili. Person was rude and thought she found this guy.

949-243-1020  This number calls EVERYDAY, several times a day.  Never leaves a message.  When I called this number, it routes to United Recovery Systems (a debt collector).  I pay my bills on time, and have NEVER had any account in collections.  United Recovery Systems main offices are located in Texas, and have other offices in other states........but not in MY state of California.  This call is a LOCAL call, and when I do a reverse number look up, it says it's a HOME phone.  Strange, isn't it.  We have had problems in credit card fraud, so I don't know if this is a person rerouting or pretending to be United Recovery Systems in hopes of getting personal info or VERIFYING that yes, we live here and this is our address and phone number.  People who commit fraud don't need much info.  All they need is to verify your home address and home telephone number.  BEWARE.  I have even changed my personal voice mail/answering machine's message.  Most people's voicemail will say, you have reached (name/home of).  By saying your name on your voicemail, you are only verifying your name/home number/address.  Sometimes this is all a fraudulent person needs.

I received a call from them, they were asking for someone who I have not heard from in over 30 years, when I asked what it was about, they said "it's a personal matter". the woman's name was veronica and when i said you're calling from newport Beach(949 area code) she replied, no that they use local numbers.
I then researched on line and see that they are a collection company.

I received two calls from this phone number, they asked for somebody I don't know and when I said I don't know them they kept insisting that I was that person and if they worked here. I said this is a personal phone not a business number and don't call again. Well 5 minutes later they called again, and I said that I would trace the number and report them. The woman hung up on me.

I got a call from this number and it played a Led Zepplin song.  Seriously.  The strangest thing ever.  That's why I'm here looking to see who the heck it is.... I tried to call it back but no one answered.

Collector for Capital One

Just got a call from this number & when I question said they were from United recover & calling on a personal matter & said from texas. When question further they made some mumbling sounds of file in their office but couldn't understand why & hung up. Very annoying

Calls me several times a week, I've already answered a couple times and a woman asked for my dad. She doesn't say why she needs to talk to him and I tell her he's not there because I DON"T LIVE WITH HIM. So annoying!
