After you buy an ATV they want you to sign up to a safety Course.

Yeah it is the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, they are very good people am not sure why they do not leave message, but seeing as how it is May, Motorcycle Awareness month....

I just called the number back.  I told them the phone they were calling and then they told me they are calling "on behalf on Kawasaki" and wanted to see if anyone in my family wanted to take a 'free safety course.'  I explained that I was not and they said they'd take me off of their list.  I spoke to Maribel and she was very polite.  So long as they actually stop calling no harm no foul as far as I am concerned.

Yep, ATV safety course.  I bought a Yamaha about 3 years ago and they are just now calling me, LOL.  I called them and they were nice to deal with, they took me off there list.

Just rec'd call from this number... I bought my Bombardier 4 yrs ago.  Never heard from these guys before, but wanting to know if I wanted to take a safety course that was supposed to be offered upon purchase and reimbursed for taking course.  Business I bought mine from is no longer in business.  Anyhow, it was just strange that after 4 years they called with this offer.  Oh well, guess it would help if I still owned a 4 wheeler!!!  LOL.

It is affiliated with Honda.. about an ATV training course to become certified... which is a state requirement.. at least in West Virginia apparently... and they pay you $100.00 for your 4 hours of time so not a scam..

I called the number too and they took me off their list but when when I told them to google their number to see all the compliants they didn't seem to care.

Recently purchased several atv's and no rider safety course taken.  I think JJ above is correct.  Had several letters on driver safety over the last 5 months and just shredded them.  Had several calls recently with same number listed above. I will be chewing out the local Motorsports location in which I purchased them for releasing my phone number for marketing purposes.

Recently purchased several quads from Big Number 1 powersports, apperantly they released my phone info.

picked up phone no answer, called me 6 times in one day....don't know who they are and would like to find out?

picked up the phone but no one responded.  So far, just one time this day.  I had recently perchased a 4-wheeler and based on the other comments related to this phone number, I now presume that it was the safety course company.  It makes no sense that they call and then don't respond.  Must be an automated system??  It is annoying and makes me want to decline any course they may offer.

I purchase an ATV in the past week and have recieved over 10 phone calls from this number.

I've been getting numerous phone calls from them, but i never bought an ATV. its getting aggravating. I have a pay as you go phone, and i am getting charged every time they call.

Finally got to answer this call before they hung up. They have called at least 5 times a day for the last week. Caller claimed he was from Suzuki and was informing me that I would recieve $100 from Suzuki for taking the ATV training course. 2 things are really wrong with this. Number one I bought my Quad 3 years ago and declined the safety course at the time and secondly, The phone number is not registered as Suzuki but a Motorcycle safety company. I have reported them to the FTC all though they will probably not do anything about it since I have had past dealings with Suzuki.

They called me twice a day. Everytime I answer no one answers me.. but I can hear the employees laughing and talking. Cant believe get paid for this. Very annoying.

I just called them back and they were very nice and helpful. They said they would remove me from the list and gave me their website (atvsafety.org) and said they would send me a post card with safety info. I'm the first to jump on a call spammer, but these folks seemed nice enough. hope this helps

The company said it is ATV enrollement express when I called the number back.

I have not bought an atv. It is a business number.  The previous owner bought one 4 years ago.
I asked them to take me off call list and the lady went to manager and said it couldn't be done.  My number is in their computer saying I need a safety course.
Who do I report this to?

Well I still think I work there for some reason but I used to work there and that's what has been going on for months now but they fired me so just rage all you want but some of the stuff you guys said was funny in a ridiculous way!

yeah if there not solicitors you cant do the DLC on them all you have to do is just ask...

Oh yeah we all laugh about it here when you call in bound our screen is FULLY blank and you ask to be taken off... We ask for your number and you sit there and try to get smart with us and say well you know it and tell us to take you off and hang up... When WE call you yes we know all the info when YOU call us we no nothing so if you truly want us to take you off just tell us it we have no problem taking you off the list....Cause if not it will just keep calling you thanks!

Hey I work for ATV Safety let me break it down we called you before it was no answer or an answer machine we don't call after that cause we have millions of ATV buyers to call and plus if you own more then one ATV you have a Multi VIN meaning you'll get called for every Vin Number if you don't want us to call please pick up or call us back and tell us we dont care if you refuse but its annoying when you guys get upset for something so simple... Second a computer calls you I know a lot of the times you guys are on your 3rd hello by the time we answer we been trying to update that but just be patient and wait a sec like I said if you don't want us to call tell us cause if you avoid there is nothing we can do to stop the computer from calling you and one more thing this is for SAFETY its not to make your day annoying we are no Solicitors it cracks me up when I hear people say we are going to get sued for calling no you bought something from us.... Last if you don't own a ATV tell us sometimes numbers get mixed up remember don't blame us for the numbers its the Dealers you purchase from that distributes the Information
