Received a message from this number on my cell phone, saying the warranty on my car was to expire and that this was my last chance to renew (which is definately not true)  I live in Calgary, AB.

Received a call from this number on my cell, no message left. I live in Calgary AB as well.

Message with woman's voice said something about this being my second and final chance to renew my car insurance, and to press one to be connected to a rep and two to be removed from "follow up calls". No company name as mentioned. I was still staring at the phone trying to decide what to do when the call disconnected. I live in Livinia, MI, US.

Received a call on 3-11-09 at 3:30 on my cell phone.
No message, no voice mail, just static.

Received a call in at around 7:00 PM Mountain Time on my cell phone.  No message left. I live in Alberta.

I get a call from them every 2 or 3 months and I don?t have a car. When you ask to talk to someone in charge they hang up real quick.

I got this call wed In live in 504. I never answered it before. I see all yall saying its about a vehicle warranty, then why is it calling me? I dont even have a car!?

Called to tell me that my warranty was expiring on my car.  I believe this call is originating from California.

Didn't pick up. Aparently it's in Orange County California?

same here .. got a call a minute back.. was advised to press 1.. I hope nothing will go wrong like hacking the phone or something similar..did any of you experience anything after it?

Also got this call recently, along with others that have numbers here.  It's gotten so bad recently that I'm making contacts for "fraud callers" and "no voicemail" so I know when they are calling.

Lol I don't even own a car, thought this was pretty amusing.

949-256-9197 called me on my cell today (I'm in southern alberta too) as well regarding my vehicle warranty expiring. I told them the last vehicles I bought with warranty were in 1987 and 2000, and I don't think they would have warranty anymore! When she finally got it through her skull what I was saying, she said she would take my number off their list.
We'll see...
I did search the number on-line and it comes up as a number from Saddleback Valley, California. No business name listed though?

Received two calls from this number.  I screen calls coming from numbers I don't recognize and they never left a message.  If this is indeed about a car warranty, mine's still good for 4 more years.

Makes me wonder if the dealership sells the info, because they're the only ones with my cell number that have anything to do with a vehicle.

Too bad they didn't try me 2 years ago, I would have laughed my head off if they told me that the warranty for my 17 year old car was due to expire!  LOL!

A family member just received a call from this number, pressed 1, a person came on asking to verify their name, what is their name? (That's right, let me verify your name by asking for it), she then proceeded to ask the model and year of the vehicle.  At this point my family member said they would be certain if their vehicle warranty was going to expire there it be written notification.  The person then said, "oh so your number is 403-------, you are on a do-not-call list" and hung up.

Received an automated message on my cellphone also saying that the warranty on my car was about to expire and to press 1 which is not true.

I have been seeing this number calling my cell a lot the last few days.  I finally had someone pick up the phone.  It was obvious they were not involved with my car dealership in Calgary.  I advise you to call you car dealership and report this number.  They are aware of a scam taking place, and are more likey to get results from local law enforcement than just an individual making a compliant.

Have been receiving these phone calls several times in the last 2 weeks.  Did not pick up anytime.  The other number that they seem to be using is 949-256-9181.  How the heck did they get my cell #????

Same here. Got the call on Feb 2nd at 1925 in Calgary on my cell.  No message.

I never even registered my number with the Do not call list, and i received both, the call about the car warranty, and the blank message with hang up......

I reversed the phone number online its its coming from somewhere in california....and i live in calgary AB.
