Received an unsolicited message about mortage restructuring.  I suspect this message is in response to the recent multi-state settlement with the five major mortgage banks.  I did not call the number as it seems too soon for the settlement to be in effect.

Got a text message today about wanting to know if i have a problem with paying a mortgage.  How do I keep from getting these messages?
