Said it was Commie Stevens.........give me a break!  Putting this one on my call blocking list.

I have been receiving calls from Clear View for months going back to the fall of 2012.  Good luck in complaining to the FCC or DNC list.  It won't help.  I doubt that their name is even Clear View.  The jerk snagged me a couple of times last year but since then I don't answer any unknown callers.  I tried to get Verizon to block calls but they will only do it for land lines.  The police were no help either because these calls are coming from non-existent numbers.

915--415-5255 called me yesterday. Caller ID also said Commie Stevens.

949-415-5255 ib BLOCKED by my phone company, who only allowed me to block ten numbers.
This number called, even while it was blocked.  I dialed the #60  again, to reblock it and the phone co. said that it was "already on the list."

I don't need my landline enough to keep my phone so that I get telescammers.

They called Saturday and the call came over as Laguna Beach.
Called today and the number came over as COMMIE STEVENS.
Same number, different "names".

Same (Clearview Home Improvement) company, different spoofed number. Another one they call from is 949-415-2677. Don't call them back at these numbers, as they use the callback as a legal excuse to keep calling you (yes, your number is recorded right before you hear the Not In Service recording). They also double-blast their calls in an attempt to get around certain call blockers and get your attention if you are talking to someone else and have call waiting. Their robot caller also rings every phone in your neighborhood at once (yes, check with your neighbors) so that they can schedule any suckers who fall for their scam geographically to save gas and speed appointments.

Speaking of arrogance, it seems you were too quick with your rip of the "asked not asled" posting. Looks like you didn't notice that this posting wasn't correcting OTHERS; it was the same poster correcting his/her own typo.

Third solicitation call today and it's not 11:00 am yet.  When I answered, I could hear the line switch over to a call center, then the line went dead.  I'm going to get rid of my landline...the only calls I get are from solicitors.  I pay $60/mo. for this??

Extremely annoying and going to report to higher authorities; this number has been calling me about 2-3 times a day beginning two weeks ago, no one speaks which is odd! Thank you for information. too bad, others have to endure such annoyance.

This company is most likely a fraud. The pevious affiliate is doing 6 years. See notes below.

These things just called again filing another complaint.

They [Clearview 949-415-5255] just called me AGAIN too.  Every day.. at least 3x a day...even after asking them to stop calling.  Like everyone else says, they refuse to stop.  Their other phone # they call from is 714-729-0481.  Also filing a complaint with the FCC.  Doubt it will do any good though.
