Same here, tried to sign up last night.  My card was declined, so ran it through again.  I just called my Credit Card company and they advised that $2.97 was charged twice for a total of $5.94.  I asked if they could cancel, but it was just pending, so can't do anything at this point.  Only if it goes through, then I file a claim.  I thought it was legit because it came through on MSNBC.  Not so, I guess.  Wish me luck, please.

same thing happen to me , the add stated that a fee of $2.97 will be charged for the trial period and i thought this is reasonable so i went ahead and gave them my account information next thing i check my account and found out another $139.00 was also taken from my account by these same people. i called them and told them to cancel everything because their add was misleading, the lady i spoke to gave me a refrence # and it took 3 days for them to refund my money but they only refunded the $139.00 not the $2.97

I dd the same thing. My mom sent it to me thinking it was legit, she thought it was, stupid me didnt research it as I thought it was the same thing that I actually watched on one of the news shows on how to work at home. Without checking, I ordered it. My card was "invalid" I rechecked the card and submitted."declined" I tried my other card, again declined. I then checked my online statement and the money went through.
That made me check further.. I am so stupid it is a scam. They now have two cards of mine with information.
Not ten minutes later I get a call. 949-444-0004. I missed the call, found it to be a un-ecognized number, looked up the number and found your site.
I am soooo stupid, I know better, I know better. Now I will cancel my cards.
Be careful.

Just attempted to sign up for the Work at Home opportunity. Same as Miss Lee signed up and the 2.97 was pending then they tried to charge the 139.00 and it didn't go through which they weren't supposed to charge until after the trial period. I called the 877-863-3088 number to find out what the issue was nd the young man was very respectful and explained that ... get this: "They DO NOT verifiy Pe-Paid cards ONLY Bank check cards. Then they send the kit which explains how a website is built for the products you select and then market online.

You then get a merchant account which allows you to recieve payments. They get the 4.95 per month for maintenane of the website. How do they get paid? From the wholesalers of the prodcuts that you sell. That's all I know. Hope this helps someone. I'm not going in this direction. There are toomany what if's here.

I was reading the reviews for an article presented by CBS News about a woman who made $7,000 a month working from home.  I attempted to pay the $2.97 for the starter kit and my card declined!! I read there is an additional $139.00 charge.  Now I keep getting calls from this number and they refuse to identify themselves... I almost fell for it

The scam is when you go to the Work at home site and they say they will send you a kit for $2.97; however, everytime you attempt to get your credit card through, they charge you $2.97 while continuing to give you an error as if you card was invalid, but the kicker is they also try to still $139.00 from my account.  The company name on my account who was trying to rip me off is ICM Website 877-863-3.  I cannot believe CNN, Time, or any other legitimate company will allow these crooks to use their good name.

This Work at Home Scam is just that, a SCAM.  I wish I can get my hands on them.

Internet Cash Machine is who they identified themselves as. I had inquired into a get paid to work at home add and they got my number from me trying to place an order I think. It's not the company I had started an order with. Once again another scam
