I have been recieving harrassing phone calls from Hersh Kemp for over 3 years and I am so tored to these threatening phone calls. On my last call that I recieved from them about 1 year ago telling me that I was going to be served papers to appear in court and I told them to go ahead and serve the papers because I was aware of the false nature of their line of work the calls stopped. However after 1 year of no calls I am know recieving calls from this phone number stating that they are another law firm and that they are going to be serving me papers tomorrow for this same debt as before. When I call the number back they answer as hello and when I ask them the name of the buisness they dont give that out. These people are even calling my brother and sister in law in a different state and giving them all my personal information.  I wish that there was something I could do about this I am so tired of this constant harrassment.
