This was the first time i got this message. but i remember filling out a wall mart online survey and the survey was interrupted and i had to get back into it to finish the survey. its the kind you get on the back of the register tape.with the website address that you can go to printed, a satisfaction survey. maybe someone hacked me while i was in the survey screen? is that possible?
