Add 1-949-502-6232 to their phone numbers!
I got called today at 2:30p.m. When I called to request them to remove my already Do Not Call listed number the operator put me into "Debbie Flories" voice mail without giving me her name.
I called back and the same girl said her name was "Angelina" and she would be happy to remove me from her calling list.

She did seem to freek when I demanded a letter stating that the company had removed my phone number and would not be calling any of my numbers that were on the government do not call list.

I received a robo call from U.S. Homeowners Assistance even
though I am on the do not call list. They are alleging they
can reduce my mortgage payments by a significant amount.  I do
not have a mortgage.
I have checked the company out on the internet and find many
complaints about this company.

After about 8 minutes worth of pretending to be hard of hearing, I convinced them to send me some paperwork in the mail with their company's address on it.

US Homeowners Assistance, Inc
2575 McCabe Way Suite 240
Irvine, CA 92614

If you live in California then send them a letter demanding that they stop calling and provide you with a written copy of their official "do not call" policy. If they fail to comply with either request, file a small claims case against them.

I've had two calls from this company today. One was at 7:55am, and the other was at 9:35pm. It was the same pre-recorded message. My number is on the Do Not Call Registry, and has been for several months now. I have reported it to www.donotcall.gov.

I recieved this automated call as well and with a little research found this company to be a SCAM. They have a better Business Bureau grade "F" and their is operating under several names. The city of Irvine CA where this company is located does not have a valid license to do business. BEWARE. They also operate under the company name Statewide Financial Group and WEBEATALLRATES.com. They are not a bank. us homeowners assistance charges you a fee of about $2500.00 to help ypu then take off with the money.

I too received a call at 11pm from the same company. I have filed a complaint through the www.donotcall.gov since my number is registered in the DNC registry for almost a year now. Please file a complaint and call them directly to complain to a manager as I will tomorrow morning when Im in the mood to tear a new a****** for someone.

Yup, I received the same pre-recorded message from these scumbags even though I'm registered on the national Do Not Call list.  I promptly reported them at http://www.donotcall.gov.  If you received a call from them and you are registered at donotcall.gov I suggest you do the same.  Here's the full text of the message:

If you and you're family can not keep up with you're mortgage payment or if you are at risk loosing your home and a full closure? You ask homeowners assistance wants to advice you are entitled to the new government (billing?) up program. You can reduce the interest rate and the balance of your loan and catch your monthly mortgage payment by at least half. You can re-finance your home if needed and to avoid problems with adjustable rates in the future you can fix the mortgage at a guaranteed low interest rate for 30 years. The bottom line is you can save your home no matter how difficult your situation is. Just make one free call to (US homeowners?) assistance and end your problem once and for all. The number is 949-502-6200. The further you get behind your payment the harder it is to (bail?) you out. "

I got a call at 0229 this morning from this same number. It appears to be from Irvine California. Telemarketers are not allowed to call at such outlandish times. I will be filing a complaint with the FCC. I suggest you do the same.

I got the same automated call at 11:00 pm today, Thursday August 14.  I hesitate to even call back to register a complaint, as only some crazy irresponsible company would be placing such calls.  What is the best way of stopping such calls?

949-502-6229 called me at 2:28 AM. It was an automated message about home owners and mortgages and wanted me to call this number 949-502-6200 for more information. Really at 2:28 AM??? I thought this was illegal to make such  calls at this hour.
