The gentleman (has an African accent)alledges that I obtained an online loan then gives me information (i.e. address, last 4 of ssn and relatives/friends names)that was obviously obtained through activities that I performed and provided on line.  He asks for Atty. information and at the end of all of this asks how would I like to handle this matter.  The bottom line is he is trying to scam money and probably would have asked for my bank acct number to have an opportunity to keep this scam running. I caution you that this is a scam and do not discuss anything or confirm any information given to you.  Ask them to send anything and everything to you in writing

I received this call and they said I didnt pay a payday loan back they cant tell me what company I got it from and they wanted me to pay $300.00 now and $300.00 later.  They wanted me to fax them credit card information immedietly not giving me time to think they do have alot of my information they said the fax I sent them with proof I didnt owe the amount they said they will see me in court this is the callback number they left most of the day it says not a working number or all circuits are busy.  The number shows on my caller Id as 90000000000.  If anyone has received these calls please let me know.

This foreign guy has been calling me on my cell phone and job as well. He says his name is Alvin Peterson and his number is 949 625 0307. The number comes up on my phone 910000000000. When he calls at my job I tell my co-workers to hang up on him. When he calls my cell phone he never says what it's regarding except me or my attorney needs to contact him back cause this is a time-senitive matter. He will only wish me good luck if I don't take care of this matter today. Someone really needs to do something about this, I know he's getting my info from loans I've tried to obtain online. He's driving me nuts!!!!!

I got the same call, but they said they were the Federal Bank of Association. This is obviously a scam.

My co worker keeps receving phone calls from this number saying that she got a loan from United Bank and they are now taking her to court. Originally it was 949-528-2413 and now has been changed to 949-625-0307. These people have her name, dob, ssn, address. Old bank information.
